He assessed the situation, recommended a course of action, executed the plan, and followed up to make sure my problem was solved. Rico and Bugs A to Z are my new pest control guys!

Joe called me back immediately after my posting and scheduled an appointment. He arrived promptly and we made a survey of the problematic area. I had also sent him an email detailing the problem so he made time to bring the pesticides needed for the problem with a little stronger dosage because it was really advanced. The work was done wonderfully, he cleaned up everything and was a great source of information. I would recommend his company!

the showed up, and evaluated my problem in a very professional manner. They found out where my rodent problem was coming from and blocked off all the entrances. Then they put in traps to get rid of them. They didn't use any poisons which i liked. My infestation was greater than either one of us thought. But they kept on coming back till i had no more problems. Each and every time they showed up on time and very professional. I would recommend them and Joe to anyone. A great find. Even tho i hope never to use them again, its nice to know there are people out there that do what they say they will. Paul R
