BMW-M SVC

He has been going there for over 10 years. It was a lot of work, they had to move things around to get in there. He had some kind of an oil leak from the gasket leaking. He has been using them steadfastly. They're pretty reasonable. He really likes that place. They get the job done, they're punctual with it. He has never had to bring it back for any problems. They take care of it.

The front of my car needed the front bumper replaced and it was covered by insurance. I had never had this type of claim and this company was so responsive--they dealt with my insurance company, called the rental car co. and had me shuttled to the rental car lot. Everything went so smoothly. They obviously are used to dealing with these kinds of problems and liasing with insurance companies. Very easy from start to finish.

I have been using their services for over six years. They are very good, conscientious, and honest. They do excellent work and they notify me on everything.

We had a Mercedes up until a few years ago and we used to use M Svc. There were a couple of young men that were knowledgeable. They were up on all the information about the cars and their skills were good. We had bought the last Mercedes that we had from a friend. We didn't buy it from the dealer, but we had it serviced at M Svc. They never used to sell Mercedes there, but they used to service them. They do BMW and Mercedes primarily. I think they would do other cars as well, but they specialize in those. We sold the Mercedes and my wife wanted to get a Prius even though I wanted to get another Mercedes.
