About us

"Providing the Customer with an enjoyable experience through quality and professionalism." With over 15 years of construction experience, owner operator Jesse Harloff has mastered the art of transforming old, outdated living spaces into beautifully functional works of art. In 1996 Jesse began to build production and custom homes. His first job was framing truss roofs. He then became a journeymen siding installer and roof cutter. and roof cutter. He was formally trained by Mark Flynn, now the owner of Top Mark Construction. From the realm of framing Jesse then moved on to helping Tim Skeer take over ownership of Pelican Glass. Jesse learned the business of supervising and installing retrofit windows. Before becoming a General Contractor, he went back to work with Mark Flynn and Top Mark Construction. This is where he honed his knowledge of home building from start to finish as a project manager. The costumer can truly relax and enjoy the process, as Jesse is always on site to preform the tasks of the project at hand with his crew. This ensures that every detail is done correctly in order to maintain efficiency and craftsmanship. Jesse is at the project from start to finish, and is there to address each concern at the moment it arises.
