If you’re not careful, you can come across a lot of fly-by-night contractors who will take your money and run, leaving your attic in a terrible state when they’ve got the cash. However, Attic Insulation Labs seemed to have this strong local reputation and great testimonials, so I figured I’d give them a try. I cannot fault them! Their price was fair, they were timely, and they were very polite and professional throughout. I had them do some attic cleaning for me last year and I was incredibly impressed with their customer service, speed, and overall work ethic. I recommend Attic Insulation Labs to anyone who’s sick of dealing with scam-artist contractors and the likes!

To tell you the truth, I wish I had hired Attic Insulation Labs years ago. I had a bunch of different attic cleaning companies come in and service my attic, but all of them did a bad job which I was not satisfied with. However, Attic Insulation Labs were amazing! They cleaned up my batts insulation and the rest of my attic, getting rid of any dirt, dust, and mold which had built up over the years. You should have seen the dirt I had in my attic, seeing it after the cleaning part was done was very impressive! I hired them for an attic cleaning job, a crew of three workers came in with their large industrial vacuum cleaner. They created a containment hallway to keep my house clean and went up the attic. They cleaned up all the dust, dirt, and debris in my attic, including a couple of rat carcasses that they found. The foreman Jose was so kind and respectful to me and my home, he gave me a clear explanation of their work process and built a plastic tunnel through my house so that they wouldn’t track any dirt or dust around my home from the attic. As the one who does most the housework and cleaning at home, I appreciated the efforts that they went to so that I wouldn’t have to clean up after them. I’ve had another attic cleaning company do my parents house a year ago and were nothing to compare to. Attic Insulation Labs exceeded all my expectations.

I found Attic Insulation Labs online and called for a free inspection, their tech Abraham showed up and gave me a written proposal for the attic work. Their attic cleaning and pest control services were sublime, I haven’t had any problems with rats in the attic since. They cleaned and sanitized all my attic and then they used expanding foam and wire mesh to plug all the holes in my attic where the rats were coming from. They didn’t just get rid of the existing rats, but they also prevented any more rats from coming back. Could not be happier with their service. Highly recommend!

I hired Attic Insulation Labs to clean my attic and replace old insulation with new. They've done a really good job from start to end. I'm not a handy person and wasn't sure what to look for. When I called Insulation Labs I got to talk with Eran, the owner of the company, he explained to me about the different types and offered to send one of his guys for a free inspection and consultation meeting. I took on his offer and met with Abraham, the technician, at my house. It was a very educational meeting, Abraham is extremely knowledgeable, he gave me a really good brief of what's the current condition up in the attic and what needs to be done to reduce heat loss and make my home more energy efficient. I did get other quotes and, though a couple of others came cheaper, no one else impressed me like Abraham. I'm glad I hired them as they've done an excellent job and did it all in a single day.
