I had several insulation contractors inspect my attic condition and quote me over $4,000 to replace the insulation. Yahav from Attic Insulation Labs was the ONLY honset person to tell me that my insulation is in an excellent condition and doesn't need to be changed! He explained to me the codes for thickness and types of insulation and had asked me to climb up into the attic so he can show me that my insulation doesn't need to be replaced. I did suffer from the house heating up quickly during the day and Yahav suggested to install a radiant barrier on the attic roof frame. I took his advice and now my house stays a few degrees lower than before and doesn't heat up as much. He solved my problem in a very professional way and saved me a lot of money in the process. Attic Insulation Labs did the attic cleaning at our home, installed new insulaion and an attic fan. Getting the old insulaion out can get really messy but they contained it all and did a very clean job. They arrived early morning completed all their work by the late afternoon. We did hit a little hickup when one of their workers shoved his knee down our closet ceiling but their office called right away to apologise and had a drywall guy repair and paint it the day after. Accidents happen but they took care if it quickly and professionally so definitely a good and reliable contractor I'd recommend to anyone.

Out general contractor wasn't the best (understatement of the year) and missed a few items on our contract that floated up later on down our room addition project. My partner and I decided to hire the insulation contractor ourselves since the GC was trying to charge us an arm and a leg as a change order for something he missed to begin with. Attic Insulation Labs gave us the best bid and got the job done within a day from us signing their contract. We passed the insulation inspection without any problems. Two thumbs up.

I have two mischievous dogs that always try to run out of the house, they've even dug holes under the fence and escaped in a matter of less then an hour when left alone in the back yard. When I hired Attic Insulation Labs to do my attic work I made them fully aware and was promised that they will be extremely careful and keep all doors closed at all time. On the day of the work I did a walkthrough with Jose, the foreman, and found a way to run the large vacuum hose through a window instead of the front door. Even though they had to go in and out of the house quite often, they designated one of their workers to stay outside the house at all times and watch out for the dogs. They work day went smooth and dogs escaping free. Other than that, they did an outstanding work on the attic cleaning, it was much cleaner than I expected. I highly recommend Attic Insulation Labs.

Attic Insulation Labs came highly recommended by my uncle who’s a senior home inspector and have been around the home improvement industry for many years. From my first meeting with Dor and throughout the entire process of inspection, estimation and commencing the work, they where absolutely professional and have exceeded all of my expectations. My uncle was right about them, they have earned their good reputation fair and square.

The HVAC in my house was changed out right before I purchased the place about five years ago, but the old air ducts system wasn’t. It was in a very bad condition, a lot of holes, some ducts where disconnected, so I decided to have it replaced. Two contractors quoted me over $3,500 for the replacement, Yahav from AIL quoted me less than $3,000 for the exact same job! But that wasn’t why I picked him over anyone else. The biggest issue was that none of the other LICENSED contractors had recognized (maybe they did but they didn’t tell me) that the air ducts and other part are wrapped with asbestos. Inhaling asbestos is a SERIOUS HEALTH RISK, it is ILLEGAL for them to remove it!!! Only a licensed asbestos abatement contractor should handle asbestos. Yahav is the only professional who had even mentioned the asbestos, let alone that he refused to do the job unless I have an asbestos abatement company remove the ducts first. He showed care for my health as well as his workers, he was cheaper and extremely professional. Thank you Yahav and thank you AIL for a job well done!

As part of my room addition contract I had agreed with my general contractor to have the old blown in insulation removed before they start demolition. I hired Attic Insulation Labs for the work, paid $2,100 out the door, all labor and disposal fees included, and they had it done in a half a day of work. They were quick, thorough and affordable. I'd definitely recommend them.

I hire Attic Insulation Labs to replace 6 air ducts, remove old insulation, rodent proof, air leak seal and sanitize my attic. They were so professional about everything they did that I already recommended them to two of my colleagues and they have already completed working on their attics as well. Their came in with a crew if 5 men, got to my house right on time, brought their professional attic cleaning equipment and were all nice and polite. Pastor, the foreman, gave me a brief of what they are about to do and vanished into my attic. A few hours later he showed me the clean attic, if was as clean as one would expect an old attic to be, and it didn't smell at all as bad as it did before the cleaning. A few more hours later and the attic was covered with a beautiful blanket of insulation batts. I can't be happier with their service, they really did a great job all around and deserve the good feedback.

Attic Insulation Labs completed a wall insulation drill and fill at my rental property. The work itself can get pretty messy, drilling so many holes in the drywall and blowing in the cellulose insulation releases a lot of construction dust into the air. However, their workers covered everything really well, set up dust barriers, built a containment hallway with painters plastic and reduced the mess to almost none. They also cleaned very well after they were done. I have only good things to say about them and will strongly recommend them to anyone who's moving in to badly insulated old house.

Though they were booked out for over a week in advance, due to my water damage situation, they made a huge effort and got the work done a day after our initial meeting. They were all very professional, punctual, cleaned the attic thoroughly and didn't charge me an arm and a leg for it like some other attic cleaning companies were trying to do. I can't wait to get the new insulation installed by them.
