THEY DISCOVERED THAT THERE WAS NO COOLANT. THEY ADDED COOLANT AND AIR CONDITIONER WORKED FOR MAYBE 6 WEEKS THEN FAILED TO COOL.

I went to change out the windshield as someone had broke it they replaced it then I thought maybe they should change my oil remembering I needed it as well might as well get it over with. Everything went well would come back.

Proof is in all the A's! Will bring all of my cars there from now on!

Super nice people, super high prices. I wish I could give a better review to David, but the estimate for my brakes was over 400 dollars, and tires were almost 700 dollars. I went to Firestone, and had the exact same brakes done for under 100 dollars with a coupon I got online, and American Tires has given me a price of only 450 dollars for my tires. Buyer beware?

I've been taking my car to AutoAid for mechanical repairs for many years now. This is the first time I've needed them to do body work on my car. As usual they were awesome!!! They took care of everything including communicating with the insurance company. It was completely hassle-free! They are professional, polite, easy to work with, honest and do quality work!!! I highly recommend them! There is no need to look further for an exceptional experience!

I had a crack across my windshield so I needed to replace it fast went to auto aid and rescue and did a great job and the price was good thank you for the fix.

Working with the shop was great, I took the van in and they explained what needed to be repaired and what needed to be replaced. What was important is that they gave me options, unlike our previous body shop. There were some items that i thought would need to be replaced, but instead they were able to fix them and save me a bunch of money. I definitely recommend these guys.

I made a phone appointment on Monday for the first thing Thursday. They did the job promptly and correctly. This is a car we got used from CarMax, with an extended warranty. I confirmed with Per at AutoAid that: 1. Routine service by AutoAid satisfies the requirements of the extended warranty. 2. Work covered by the warranty can be done by AutoAid.

The shop is cleanest I've ever seen. The owner always comes and makes it a point to saying "hello!" The staff is very friendly and helpful and gives good advice on how to deal with certain auto issues. I would say all-in-all it's been very good. The quality of work has been excellent. The response is good.

I've been taking my cars to Jack & David at AutoAid & Rescue for years. Whether you need car repairs, maintenance or body work, they do excellent work for a reasonable price. They go the extra mile for their clients. I wish more businesses were run like AutoAid.

I was visiting from out of state and needed body work done on the car I was using. I needed the work done on a very tight schedule and as inexpensively as possible. I was vulnerable to being taken advantage of by an unscrupulous shop but autoaid delivered everything they promised. They met my lowest estimate and delivered the highest quality work on time. If I lived locally I wouldn't trust my car to anyone else.

The shop was clean, I was greeted at my car by David, the owner. We discussed why I brought the car to the shop. His Tech. checked my auto window and also a tire that keeps losing air. He then advised me what the problem was on a written quote?.It was the regulator?.the only problem I had, which I discussed with David, the Part Shop where he purchases his parts only sell the Regulator as a Kit and it includes the Motor. The motor in my window was working, so I ended up paying for a Motor I didn't need. I told him I had called Galpin Parts and the Regulator by it's self was $105.00 and I didn't have to buy the motor if the Motor was working. So instead of paying $105.00 for the needed part, I ended up paying $203.00 for the Kit! David did tell me if I wanted to go to Galpin and pick up the Part, he would install it. That was not practical for me. He brought to my attention several things that needed repairs on my car, but was not pushy about it. He also gave me a $25.00 first time discount. All in all I was very pleased with the work performed, the staff were very friendly and clean, and everyone was very attentive. I will take my care back to Auto Aid, even though I live 35 minutes from the shop.

My experience with them was great. The best that come to my mind is their customer service and they were very professional, very tenacious in terms of wanting to get to the problems so they can provide the solution. Overall great service.

They discovered the piston valves were cracked (if I remember correctly) and the engine was essentially dying. They gave me a quote on a rebuild but recommended instead that I trade my truck in to a dealership while it was still running and therefore valuable as a trade in. It was hard to let my truck go but I'm glad I took their advice. I've brought my cars here in the past for various issues and also recommended them to friends. Always helpful, always honest.

Simple maintenance on my car they were great they were friendly would go back.

Very well. Provided an estimate which actually was more than it wound up costing. Very prompt and courteous. Even accepted 2 coupons I bought, even though the small print states only 1 can be used at a time.

Always a positive experience. Very professional, timely, nice waiting room & restroom, coffee, magazines. No surprises. Thorough description of services & anything found that needs attention. Servicing done in the time frame estimated. The only reason I am not getting my car serviced there now is because I bought a new one that includes 2 years' free service by the dealership.

I have been going to Auto Aid for more than a year now for all of the maintenance needs on my Lexus RX330. All of the staff there are courteous and professional. When I come in, they always offer to give me a ride to work and pick me up when the work is done. As a woman, I have never felt like I was talked down to and I trust the guys at Auto Aid.

They were great. The place was clean, it seemed like it was run well, and they were able to get back to me to tell me what work was required.

I was very impressed by the honesty and fairness of this company. We called up about a possible problem with power steering. They found the power steering to be fine but diagnosed a problem with an axle which they recommended replacing; we approved this and they ordered the part. Then they checked out a couple of other things and advised us against doing any work on the car since they believed we would end up having to fix too many things and end up investing more in the car than it was worth. They charged us nothing for about an hour of their time running diagnostics and saved us a lot of money by being honest with us even though it meant that they lost some potential business today. We will certainly return with another car some day.

It was very good. They were very helpful, they fixed everything, and it was a good price. The price was fair and the quality of the work they did was fine.
