Description of Work: Repaired deep scratch on the left rear bumper and repainted the bumper to match. Did a great job, repair and repaint was done so well, it all looks like there was never any damage. They were very punctual, and professional through out the estimate, work and payment process. Highly recommend them.

Description of Work: My auto had been stalling and after taking it to another facility and not getting the problem solved, I took it to Auto Aid and had them do the Triple A regular diagnostic test and they found the problem. They replaced the EGR Valve and cleaned the EGR ports. They also found my breaks were skidding and suggested I should have them fixed. I did feel my breaks skid once the morning I took my car in. They explained those were my safety issues. i was very pleased they found and told me about my breaks. I spoke with three different people and everyone was very nice and professional. They also have a shuttle service, and that is so helpful. I feel more secure driving my car now.

 + 0 moreTook van in for brake noise, needed oil change and check up. They quickly looked the van over and gave us a call with the details, estimate cost and how long they would need for it. Was done very quickly so the employee could get back on the road for work. Very professional and clean work as well as their working conditions there, employees are very clean and helpful. Office is very clean and welcoming, as well as comfortable. Van was in great shape, very satisfied as always.
Description of Work: Complete safety check up, they pride themselves on such. Oil change, major brake work (the van is used for heavy daily work), Tune up. Tire rotation and inspection no charge. They gave us exactly what was necessary for the visit. They always advise what may need to be repaired in the future. They always offer our parts which were removed, which we do not think is necessary, however very nice of them. Vehicle actually came back cleaner (this is a plumbing van.) They never leave smudges or marks in the vehicles we have. (oh and discount for AAA members!)
