Chris was great. He accommodated our schedule to do the work when it was most convenient for us. He was very friendly, courteous, and very resourceful in overcoming any problems he encountered. He does great work and left the place spotless. His work is excellent. And his prices are a extremely fair. We are lucky to have found him and plan to use his services whenever we have electrical issues whether problems or improvements we want to make in the future. We cannot rate him highly enough.

The services were excellent and he is very professional. When he showed up for the first special he was very punctual and polite. Explained in detail the services he was going to provide. Explained the invoice in great detail. Very easy to work with. Great communication skills. He is concerned about consumer needs and is informative of any problems and delays. He has great concern for client and will use again in future. Will recommend to others.

We could not be happier with Chris Mercier, or "Chris the Electrician". We live a new house with very high ceilings in our foyer, probably 25 feet or so high. We have built in speakers throughout the house and love them but we overlooked installing some in our foyer and we regretted it. We previously hired a well respected home theater company to install speakers in this high ceiling foyer area but they were unable to complete the job. They told us the only way they could do it was with a hydraulic lift given the height of our ceiling. When they arrived with the lift, they told us they were not able to get the lift into our house due to our entry steps and the weight of the lift. At that point, we thought there was no hope to get these speakers installed. Meanwhile we also had halogen motion sensor lights on the sides of our house that we were considering replacing with led units. We also had some other projects we were considering down the road in the perhaps not so distant future. With that said, we called Chris thinking he'd probably replace our motion sensing lights and give us a quote on the future work, and probably tell us we're crazy to ask him or anyone to install speakers in a ceiling 25 feet high (or so). We were shocked when Chris told us he felt it would be no problem to install the speakers. In fact, everything we asked Chris about both now and in the future, he spoke with such confidence that it made us feel either Chris really knows what he is doing or he is just one very good salesman. Turns out Chris definitely knows what he is doing. He completed all the work in a professional and timely manner with a very reasonable price. He surpassed all our expectations. Needless to say, he used one very tall ladder in our foyer without fear and did the job like a true pro. When he asked him to make some adjustments to the new motion sensing lights, he came back to the house without hesitation and performed the adjustments quickly and effectively. We feel with Chris that he is truly dependable and very competent. We look forward to using Chris again in the future.

Chris is great and does a terrific job. Cost was fair. Love the landscape lighting - exactly as I wanted. The backyard looks lovely. Chris fixed a bunch of little stuff that had been on our list for a while. Super responsive and great to work with. Highly recommend! Even referred him to my parents and he did a great job at their place, too!

He called several times to make sure I knew when he'd be there and then did a very good job quickly. To top it off, he cleaned up after himself which doesn't alway happen with contractors.

He does a great job. I recommend him to a lot of people. He is very professional and he really knows what he is doing. He never tries to sell any unneeded services, which is nice.

He understood what I needed & then he took what I had, fixed it. Then made it better. Exactly what I needed. I'm having him come brick for some other work.
