We used All Dry Services for some mold in our rental’s garage and Stephen and James were awesome throughout the whole process. Stephen was great in explaining the process and answering my many questions very quickly and on multiple days. We had multiple companies come out to give estimates and they were by far the best price out there. This was nicely coupled with great customer service and quickly responding even to my initial estimate request. They really made my concerns their own about how things would happen. Ours involved a water heater that had to be removed for the work and ultimately a new base underneath it was required and they let us know that as soon as they could. James was very informative and sent lots of pictures of how things were going. Stephen checked in, as we scheduled them weeks ahead of time, again as the schedule date approached ensuring that we were not forgotten and if we had any more questions. I highly recommend them and they will be my go to in the future should we ever need these services again.
Description of Work: Mold testing and remediation. I had a garage wall with mold that they removed impacted materials and clean and treated what was left.
