Shower Doors Direct

I found this company on-line. Their web site allowed me to specify my shower door, including hinge style by going though a series of configuration choices, and then displaying the door price. In addition to that price, they charge $69 for delivery or $150 for both delivery and installation. I chose the latter. My door is 24 inch wide by 65 inch high. To specify my door, I went to their web site and clicked on Door Cost Calculator. This gave me step 1 of the process. I was asked to click on my choice of enclosure configurations and enter the door dimensions. Step 2 offered me the choice of framed or frameless. Step 3 asked me how the door was to be mounted. Step 4 asked me to select glass type. Step 5 asked me if I wanted a towel bar Step 6 asked me to choose a handle or no handle Step 7 asked me to choose a finish such as chrome. and Step 8 gave me the cost. I called the 800 number several times to ask some questions and to finally order the door. The person answering the phone was also an installer and very helpful. My shower door was installed about a week after I ordered it. It took over an hour to do the installation, which seemed to me to be a precision job. After the door was put in, we were give door care instructions. This door was the last step in our stall shower re-tiling project, which cost about $7000, including the door. My wife seems more excited about this door than any other aspect of the shower enclosure.
