Pop-N-Go Plumbing and Drains

The workman did not have a piece of copper pipe to finish the job. He said he would let the owner know, but didn't (guess he left the company). When I called the owner he was upset the worker didn't let him know about the pipe and he came right over to finish the job. These guys were the first to respond, gave a fair estimate and were very courteous. I love my gas water heater and am very happy with the installation.

Joe is very personable and professional. He was able to get my shower unclogged by taking his time and doing it right. Previous plumber wanted a quick fix and when it didn't happen - left me with a huge mess of black murky water standing in my shower. I will call again with any future plumbing issues.

5 days ago I came home to a large "wet spot" in my front yard. I dug the area up myself that night (till 10pm) and located the source. A root had punctured my main water line installed in the late 80's. This is too big a job for a DIYer. The next day using HomeAdvisor, they recommended Pop n Go and another plumber. It was about 6:30am. At 8:00am sharp, Joe from Pop n Go contacted me and arranged an appointment to provide a quote and solutions. The other plumber similarly contacted me and made an appointment. I awarded Pop n Go the job due to Joe's professionalism and a feeling of trust. He was more expensive than the other guy, but the lowest price is not always the best value. Joe provided a detailed written estimate and took care of everything, including permits and inspection with the city. Joe didn't cut corners, worked hard and replaced the water main, along with new shutoff valves, sprinkler valves and pressure regulator. His work included removing an old (and ugly) plant that had grown all around the area where the water enters the house. He cleaned up and finished the job in two days, working each night until logical completion. Throughout the process we were only without water for a few hours! Joe did a great job, is easy to work with, smart, articulate and hard working. I'd highly recommend him and wish him well.
