Professional, took time to explain options, on time, took credit card, pleasant worker.

They use contractor pricing as opposed to time and material. the estimate worked out to 6 hours. It only took 3 hours. Actually a little less. I covered the majority of materials out of pocket. The problem with contractor pricing is that once you accept the hours estimate, your stuck. Since the Drain Guys vastly overestimated, I'm stuck with paying twice the amount I should have.

My sewer is still not draining.

Reliable plumbing service from the office to the Plumber himself. They gave me a thirty minute notice and accommodated my work schedule for that morning. Best of all, my disposal was replaced properly and they were courteous and kept my home clean. Thank you!
