The Puroclean team is excellent.  They are polite and friendly.  They always accommodated our schedule needs and never pressured us.  Most importantly, they were very respectful of us and our home, and we were actually comfortable leaving them alone in the home.  They earned our full trust.  Puroclean's customer service and professionalism is a model that should be followed by all service companies.   AAA+++

A 2 inch pipe under my home developed a leak, which flooded areas of my crawl space. I became aware of the leak after my family and I noticed a strong smell from under the house. We also became overrun by mosquitoes. After Farmer's Insurance denied my claim, I began searching for a water mitigator. Since I was having to pay for this service and it was just before Christmas, cost was an issue. I scheduled appointments for estimates with 5 companies, which quoted prices from $1500.00 - $2500.00. I called Cindy Tomlinson at PuroClean since they were located a few miles from home. Cindy was very helpful and sent Graham to come to my house the next day. Graham arrived right on time. I explained to Graham the situation and he assessed the situation. Graham knew I would be paying for this out-of-pocket and did not charge me for work that wasn't necessary to get the job done. It took 2 days to dry out my crawl space using 2 large fans. Although no mold was found, Graham fumigated the crawl space with an echo-friendly chemical to ensure no future mold growth. Graham even removed all the tarp under the house that the plumbers left after replacing my 2 inch pipe. Graham was the most professional, dependable and trustworthy service professional I believe I have ever used. Thanks PuroClean!

They were quite good. They were very nice about trying to fix a situation. The quality of their work was great. They were very professional.

We had a freak situation in which an outdoor hose burst and sprayed water directly at a door that didn't have a good threshold seal, which over the course of many hours flooded the laundry room, hall bathroom, parts of the kitchen, the hallway, and part of the master bedroom. Puroclean had a service person at our house within a few hours of our call (William), who assessed the situation and recommended that fans and dehumidifiers be set up right away. William and a colleague came back the next day to begin removing the wet laminate flooring, so the walls would be able to dry effectively; they also took away all of the debris for disposal (yay! one less thing to worry about). The fans and dehumidifiers were going full tilt for four days, at which time William returned and determined with his handy little electronic handheld gadget that the walls were dry. He removed the fans and dehumidifiers, and sprayed an antibacterial / antifungal spray on the walls that had gotten wet. When we were concerned about a musty smell a few days later, William returned at our request and reassured us about the situation. All in all, it was as good as this kind of experience can be. We would definitely recommend Puroclean to our friends and family in the event that they needed this kind of service.

They were all very nice. Every time somebody came to check it was a different person. They didn't seem to really care about the job though they did do a good job. The finished product has held up fine for what they have done.

My insurance company recommended another company after I had called Puroclean, whom I found on this site. Puroclean called my insurance company and they were able to do the job. They showed up promptly, immediately knew what to do, explained in detail what they would be doing and how long it would take, and checked in with me almost every day. I was very pleased.

The cost I thought was standard because it was billed to insurance. He was very responsive and patient in answering questions. He was very sociable.
