Description of Work: Troubleshoot 4 flourescent fixtures in soffits in the living room. 2 are out completely and the other 2 are starting to blink intermittently. Took a bit to figure out how the fixtures were wired. Through process of elimination the technician resolved the issue. He also noted that the wall switch was the wrong type for the fixtures and replaced it. The payment system through Angie's list and the electrician were confusing as well as not being clear as to what the service entailed. All in all everything is functioning well.
