Anthony Rickard and his Assistant are the best. Very professional. They were in dressed in uniform and PPE ready. They were very knowledgeable had not problem diagnosing and fixing the problem. They cleaned the are after they were done. I will request these two guys if I ever need work again. They were very respectful too.

Jose replaced my Ice maker water valve. I was very pleased with his service. He took care of my issue in no time and he offered excellent customer service. I will definitely call Guardian Plumbers if I need future work. Thank you Jose for a superb job.

They came out the same day on a Friday evening! I was very grateful that I wouldn't have to wait all weekend without being able to use the shower! The plumber, John, was very professional and patient. He had to wrangle a very stubborn kids toy from our drain.

I had 2 basic bathroom faucets installed and was charged $500. Did a good job, but was in and out in less than an hour, and the cost was excessive.

Unfortunately, the communication was not good. My bathroom pipes needed to be reconnected. We had put in a new vanity. The cost was over $200.00. However, when I checked the work, the water was not connected. When I asked why I was told that I had not made the request when I made the appointment. So, for an additional $250.00 the repairman said he could reconnect them. When I explained that it was okay, he said the water connection was old and they would leak. The connectors were not old and do not leak. I had also requested a check of my hot water heater. The heater indicated a sensor needed to be replaced. I was told it would be 350.00 to repair. However, the repairman recommended a $1,200.00 replacement and installation. Of course, I did not take his suggestion. I would never rush into such an expense without doing some research. I suggest that a price list be made available to the customer. It could say *Prices Are Only An Estimate and Prices on Individual, Repairs May Be Different*.

John arrived about 30 minutes after my initial call, and replaced our broken water heater quickly and efficiently.

I needed a new water heater in a hurry and between Home Advisor and Guardian Plumbers I Had hot water in record time. They arrived on time and did a wonderful job on installing a professional water heater. The technicians were friendly and efficient.
