Hired these guys to repair my shower faucet. I was told I would receive a courtesy call 30min prior to their scheduled arrival time. I did not get a call from anybody until 90 minutes after our appointment time. I work in San Diego and had to make all kinds of arrangements to be at home on time for our appointment. When the guy finally arrived almost two hours after our appointment time, I told him it was too late for the maintenance to be performed and that the company is terrible with communication. He stated that he told the office people to notify me that he would be late. Problem 1) They did not. Problem 2) Why not call me yourself? Between my original appointment time and the time that the technician arrived, I tried calling the Guardian Plumbing office more times than I can count. I could not manage to get a hold of ANYONE. I even took to checking Guardian Plumbings instagram to see if maybe I am missing a method of communications. I tried the EMERGENCY 24/7 availability phone number listed on a picture- would you guess it...NOBODY ANSWERED MULTIPLE TIMES. This is hands down the worst plumbing company I have ever had the discontent of attempting to work with. Save yourself the time and money, and hire another company. You may even get a better result watching a YouTube video and performing the maintenance yourself than if you hired Guardian Plumbing.

I have used this wondrrful company. I didn't have a plumbing emergency. I had a terrible gas leak from my stove. Geoge was able to redo the piping. George can fix anything. Used several times and will continue in the future.

Installers, George and Jake were exceptional, and worked very well together. Did not leave until absolutely sure all was working perfect.

Our technician Jamie L was 2nd to none. He was the 2nd plumber to come check the leak on our newly installed oven. The other plumber couldn't figure it out without wanting to replace a lot of piping, Jamie L took the time to listen to my questions about why they would the pipping need to be replaced. He was knowledgeable. He was quick and efficient.I would highly recommend and we would hire again for any home projects -Jazmine
