Got a call from a very friendly voice, to find out what my problem was. I told her what it was, and she said she was sending John out to check on the shower. He was here in 10-15 minutes. Told him I can turn off the shower knobs, but the shower just keeps running full blast. He knew what the problem was and went right to work. Doing what I tried to do and couldn’t. He had the old stems out in a matter of minutes, and replaced them with new ones. Which is what I wanted. So I have a new plumbing company that will do what needs to be done 24/7 which is when things go wrong. And I will use them again for sure.
