Found source of leak in shower when previous plumbers could not

Recently I used my dishwasher to get a break in washing dishes by hand. I had water coming up and all over my countertops. I was very disappointed and I just created myself whole bunch a of more work. Not only now I had to wash my dishes by hand but had to clean my entire kitchen what a mess. I called few plumbers and they all wanted me to pay for them to come out and diagnose my problem. This is when I called Guarding plumbing and I spoke to Kristen not only she understood my concern but gave me the next available appointment for next day. Anthony and John came out and even though I was quoted $225 Anthony fixed my problem for a whole lot less. I got the soonest available appointment and an excellent service for a low price, and I didn’t pay them to come out and diagnose my problem. Anthony was well knowledgeable and I got to pay $100 less than what I was quoted. I will highly recommend Guarding plumbing and thanks Anthony and Kristen for your professional and prompt service you’re the best

Their service is excellent, they called me once, I called them back. They confirmed my appt by text, confirmed the day before and called me when 30 min out, called the day after to make sure there are no issues, all very pleasant. The work was quick and done perfectly would highly recommend this company

Didn't have correct tools and parts on truck. Spent more time away getting needed parts and tools than time it actually took to complete the job. I'm very happy with them overall though.

They did an excellent job. However, they overcharged me and when I called the manager they gave me a credit. I shouldn’t have had to call. The price was still high but the job got done on time and effectively.

They did an outstanding job. Once they started the job due to unforeseen issues it became more complicated and difficult however they honored the original estimate and stayed on the job until it was completed even into a holiday weekend
