From the initial process through the very end, they were professional and made sure that we were happy customers. There were definitely a few hiccups and miscommunications along the way - but I think this would happen with any contractor - the reason I still give them 5 stars is that at the end of the day, it was their priority to make us happy, and that we are! The name of their company could not be more perfect. They are indeed creative and that is why we chose them. In the beginning of the process, Danny and Nir came over to give us a quote and take measurements for a sketch. They were the only contractors out of the three that we interviewed that suggested we add drop lights, change the shape of the island, and make better use of our pantry space. Throughout the process, they were very responsive and got things done QUICK. I also appreciated that during the demo-phase, they built a wooden barrier so that no dust would escape - this was especially nice since we had a newborn at the time. All of the contractors were very professional and they had a port-o-potty outside so they didn't have to use our bathroom. Overall, we are VERY happy with our kitchen and would definitely go with them for our next big project. We had Creative Home Remodeling in to remodel our kitchen in August of 2016 and was so pleased, we brought them back in for our master bath in February of this year, which we love. We shopped around and received many bids before selecting Creative Home and are so very pleased we choose them. We felt like we were in "good hands" throughout the entire process on both jobs! the company was 100% professional through the whole process. Always available and patient for any questions that I had regarding the job. The workers came on time, clean after each work day, and overall did an excellent job. I'm very pleased with the estimate they gave me, and I will work with them in the future again.

Aside from having a stunning kitchen and bath in the end, here is what really struck me about this company and why I would go back in a heartbeat: 1. The team was there from morning until night every day. They did not miss a beat and worked extremely hard. 2. The contractor was onsite almost every single day. 3. David and I both set very clear expectations about timeline and we both adhered to that timeline. He communicated with me about what he needed from me in terms of selecting materials, and he also communicated about issues that came up that caused the timeline to be adjusted. 4. The communication was good all around. The office team was incredibly cordial and responsive. 5. They did a killer job of working with my insurance company. 6. Aside from minor cosmetic issues that they have very happily taken care of, I've had no issues and have now been in my house for 6 weeks. A friend of mine hired Creative Home Remodeling Group shortly after I did, and she also raves about how wonderful they are. Honestly, after all is said and done, it's so wonderful to be back in my house, but I kind of miss having them around. That assures me that it was a really great experience.

Roy was the project manager who came by our home to share ideas. Out of the companies we spoke with, we really admired the professionalism brought by Creative Home Remodeling. Roy spent a couple hours at our home to render 3D models on his computer. He came up with 2 very doable concepts. Very professional company and I would highly recommend contacting them for any remodeling ideas.

I found Creative Homes on Angie's List and requested a quote from them as well as a few other contractors. We ended up going with them because they had a reasonable estimate and because I got a really good feeling after meeting with them. We had simply a wonderful experience with them. We worked mostly with Nir and Nissim and I literally have no complaints. They finished the job within budget and within the time frame provided (what a concept). They were all really professional and responsive-- usually getting back to my texts or calls within a couple of minutes. Them and their workers are really detail-oriented and able to see the big picture. We LOVE, just love our new kitchen. They basically tore everything down and started from scratch and the results look amazing. I am actually looking for other things to do to our house now because I just loved working with them so much! They give contractors a good name!

David was great working with insurance and then managing a full kitchen and bath remodel. He was easy to work with and was very involved in the whole process. I was so happy with the outcome, I've used him on two subsequent large projects as well.

Great! Our supervisor Roy Peer was very responsive, organized and led his construction crew very well. They created a beautiful open concept kitchen living space for us in a timely manner. We love it and were able to enjoy it over the Holidays!

I originally called for our driveway paving stones but saw they were general contractors and asked about the bathroom. I had a price in mind which they didn't meet so they offered me two bathroom remodels with me supplying all the needed items, the guest bathroom was to be $4000 with a cancellation clause for the second bathroom if I was dissatisfied. After I had everything waiting, they gave me a Monday start date with a two week completion. It is a small bathroom and I thought one week would be sufficient but I accepted the offer. The first week, they worked in the bathroom a total of 6 hours. Then everything went wrong. The tile, which I ordered through their friend's company and with whom Roy did all the corresponding, did not come in time. All Roy had to say was this was not his responsibility. The tile came and the floor went in. Their painter assured me he knew how to apply the metallic paint I purchased but he did not. The mixing was supposed to be by weight and though I forewarned him, he was not able to do it. At $40 per quart, my husband found someone to mix it for us. Then, he absolutely ruined the glaze, wasting so much paint. I called the manufacturer who told me how to fix it but the painter did not know how to sponge. My husband and I fixed the entire room, using all of the paint. His helper repeatedly asked which way the crown molding went and still hung it wrong - had to buy more crown molding. We were now into this for one month. The biggest problem was the vanity. Roy told me what size to buy, which I did and then had it painted. The vanity was too big - again Roy's response " this is not my responsibility". When I got angry he literally walked off the job. That afternoon, David, the owner, got involved and offered to finish the job but wanted me to buy a new vanity. He sent a carpenter to look at the vanity to see what could be done and then refused to take his advise. He then offered me half my money back and I would finish the bathroom myself, giving him a release of liability. This was two months into the job. I accepted. Unfortunately, this release contained a kind of confidentiality clause which I would not sign. He wanted me to say I was not dissatisfied in anyway and that I would not report anything negative about his company. Another month later he finally agreed to do what the original carpenter recommended. The painter then put in the sink and faucet - that the plumbing does not work right seems to be my houses fault. Two, non plumbers looked at it and determined the drain was installed correctly, that my line must be clogged. The black floor which contains white dots seems to be a cutting and sealing problem, again not fixed. The backsplash tile their tile man gave me was unsuitable and had to be replaced. Another delay. After 5 months, everything is done, but not to my satisfaction. Though the painter took samples of the tile to work with, no one has called about the white spots on the floor and they have washed their hands with the drain that does not drain. Whenever things went wrong I had to deal with tempers and nasty phone calls. Their communication skills, including Candy who was more nasty than nice, needs a lot of work. Needless to say, they will not be remodeling my other bathroom. Nothing but aggravation and very unprofessional.

Ive been doing a bathroom remodel with Creative home. I'm very pleased. The office gave me a lot of support, they were always available for any concerns I had. The crew has been really helpful and professional, workflow was flawless and clean. overall I'm completely satisfied and would recommend them to anyone at anytime!

When I moved in to My New Place, The Bathroom Was Less Then Up To Par!! I Researched a Couple of Places on Yelp and I Found Creative Home Remodeling, And Decied To Give Them a Call Because They Were Fairly Local To My New Place, Not To Mention The Photos They Had on The Home Page Were Just Amazing!! They Looked Very Professional I Gave Them a Call to Get a Free Estimate and Let Them Know What Was Wrong With The Bathroom. So They Set Up an Appointment To Have Someone Come Out And Look What Needed To Be Done. After The In Home Estimate, I Decied To Hire Creative Home Remodeling For The Bathroom Remodel That I Needed Done In My Home. I Was Truly Wowed and Amazed That This Bathroom Project Actually Fitted Into My Budget!! They Came In and Gutted and Cleaned Up After The Gutting Out Everything. The Guy's Who Were Sent To Do This Project Were Caring and So Understanding.. And They Were Hard Working Guy's, What A Great Group of Guy's.They Gave Me a Brand New Shower, Tile and Flooring, New Vanity and New Cabinets. What Amazing Results When All Was Done!!! They Really Knew What They Were Doing!!! Of Course It's Not Like This Was Done Over Night, But Hey, Perfection Does Take Time!!! Super Classy I Might Add. We hired Creative Home Remodeling to tackle our complete kitchen renovation. It was a long process but well worth it! I am very pleased with the end result. The kitchen turned out better than I imagined!! Daniel and David are punctual and reliable. Their office manager Candy is amazing to work with and is a definite asset to the company. She made sure I was happy and kept the project moving. Every detail from the cabinets, window, flooring was taken care of by Creative Home. If I was not satisfied with how something was done (i.e.: paint) the workers would come right away and fix it to my satisfaction (and I am very detail oriented.) The price that was quoted did not change, there were no hidden costs! I would absolutely hire Creative Home Remodeling again.

My contractor, Creative Home Remodeling Group, sub contracted H2O to do the plumbing installation in my kitchen and bathroom remodeling. The kitchen was done almost a year ago. When I had a problem with the kitchen drain line I called Creative and they had me get in touch with H20. H2O came in and fixed the problem, no charge. ---- Creative did my kitchen and both bathrooms between last year about this time and May of this year. It was a long haul but I had some difficult design elements. All three rooms are beautiful.

Shay and his crew were clean, professional, and paid close attention to what we needed done. When the project was complete, they exceeded our expectations. I will definitely refer them. In fact, we are now starting on a second project with them. They get an A!!

Im very pleased. I had My bathroom remodelling by Creative home. they were fantastic since day 1. The owner, david, Gave me an estimate for my Bathroom remodel which apparently was a great deal that was much better than the others. The company gave us confident during the entire process, David's ideas had so much creativity that we were surprised by his knowledge and professionalism. The choice in Creative Home was easy and i love the outcome of my new bathroom. its way better than i imagine at first place. gotta say thank you, and 100% sure i'll call them next time i'd like to improve my home.

My wife and I just had our kitchen and floor remodeled. We also had our fireplace demolished and a new one built. Roy was the lead and could not have been Nicer or more knowledgeable. His crew led by Ludwig were the nicest, cleanest craftsmen I could have ever hope for. It was amazing to see how they worked their magic and concluded on time and with the best results I could have hoped for. My wife is very obsessive about cleanliness and she always looks for perfection in work that we have done to our home. She never complained and that says it all. Their price was right in the middle of all the quotes I received and when I do another remodel I would call them in an instant. Great-Great-Great. We smile when we look at what they did.

David gave us an excellent deal and MUCH better than anyone else. David gave us a very high Confidence and we really like him and his Ideals, so we decided to go with Creative Home Remodeling. We are very pleased with our new kitchen and really love It, And love the new layout. We extremely recommend Creative Home Remodeling and we will only use Creative Home Remodeling for any future projects we have in our home.

I hired this company to do my bathroom remodel and the PM, Shay Hemed, was great! After our first meeting of telling him what I wanted, he provided me with a 3D drawing of exactly how my bathroom would look. It was perfect, since I can't visualize anything from a standard drawing. He took to the time to listen to my needs and delivered. Shay didn't give me the run around, completed my project on time, provided excellent customer service to me (he was quick to respond to all my needs) and was very price competitive. If you want your project completed in good hands, I highly recommend Shay Hemed! From reading other reviews, some PM's didn't get very high ratings, but this guy was the real deal. Thanks again Shay! I love my new bathroom

Be sure to outline all expected costs for the project and have it included in the contract. Expect reasonable delays and added costs if you own an old home. We are very happy with our new kitchen, and would use this company again.

The kitchen in my condo was in desperate need of an overhaul and the guys at CHRG did an outstanding job of visualizing and executing what I wanted. It was a complete renovation, a ton of work, but it was done promptly and professionally. (I'm especially thrilled with how well the custom cabinetry turned out.) I was so happy with the job I'm using them on a master bathroom renovation.

David and Nir were very professional, finish work in few days, always available for questions, price is very reasonable. Demo concrete took away in 1 day, they cover the pool, and finish everything to my satisfaction. I highly recommend this company to anyone in future.
