Totally worth every penny!? Our dishwasher was clogged and had no idea what to do. We asked our HOA manager for a recommendation and they referred us to VanGo Rooter since they know our condo complex.? I am so glad I went with them! It was easy to set an appointment. Paul was on time, and put on booties so he wouldn't get our floors dirty. He inspected the sink and dishwasher before he gave us an estimate. It turned out the pipe that connected the dishwasher to the sink was clogged. The price was reasonable so we went with it. He was done in about 10 minutes! He showed me how to troubleshoot the problem in case it happens again.? This was the first time something has broke at our place, and it was kind of nerve wracking because we're first time homeowners. It really helped that Paul was super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend. This entire process was pretty painless. :)

Paul at VanGo was fantastic! I called in the morning; he was here in the afternoon. He quickly diagnosed the causes of my kitchen sink/disposal leaks, got the replacement parts and finished up everything the same day. He keeps the work area clean from start to finish, and is very efficient! Top that off with being a really nice guy with a very professional demeanor, and you have a very satisfied client who highly recommends him!!!

Anytime I have a plumbing problem I call Paul. I would wait on him to do the work, he's that good! Never have to call him back twice.

Paul at VanGo did an amazing job with an amazing attitude! My landlord called them as I was having issues with water backing up in my apartment's utility sink. This was due to a improperly installed pipe with no slope...actually uphill slope! Paul explained to the landlord it wasn't due to my mis-use of the plumbing it was due to improper installation of what was supposed to fix some broken pipes in the concrete. This hack fix was performed by some discount plumbing NOT VanGo. Anyways, Paul was polite, fast, knowledgeable and got everything done perfectly. I highly recommend VanGo and especially Paul! Thanks!!!

Steve is the best! He's skilled, efficient, personable and takes care to clean up once the job is done. We're very happy with his work and would recommend him to anyone looking for a plumber.

Went much better than expected!! Paul was the plumber and was very professional, totally understanding of my concerns, and very helpful. Was thinking it would be a complex issue and time consuming but Paul seemed to know exactly what to do and literally fixed the issue within half an hour. My biggest relief was that it got fixed and having it done much quicker than anticipated was icing on the cake. He also pointed out a very small, minor leak in one of thr pipes and explained exactly how to fix it and what materials to buy. Again super helpful and would absolutely use them again if needed. Saved me from a lot of stress! Definitely recommend them.

Paul cleared out the line so water now drains to the street sewer line from the toilet and the bathtub. He did a great job and got everything working. Thanks Paul!

I had been dealing with a slow draining toilet that had not responded to my efforts of plunging and snaking the drain. I called VanGo Rooter at six in the morning, a very professional and courteous woman took down my information. A few minutes later I received a phone call from a technician who was equally as professional, to set up my appointment. They arrived as I requested after I got home from work and literally fixed a problem I had been dealing with for weeks in the space of what seemed like a few minutes. I appreciated that their employee was very kind, professional and clean, he was very respectful of my time and my home. I cannot recommend this company enough, a class act from top to bottom.
