I hired them to move a cable from the attic to a wall for hook up to a TV. The technician did it in the minimum time and did a good job.

Josh was willing to work in 40 ft 5th wheel. We had him replace the stationary mount for 48 inch. He was very patience in finding a stud to mount the articulating TV mount. I would recommend him to a friend.

This went great. I worked with Dave and John and we did a 7.2.4 installation. Including 4 in ceiling atmos speakers, and 2 in wall rear surrounds as the most involved pieces. And I will tell you, the cut, finish, and flush install of those that John did are incredible. If I paint the cover you probably wouldn’t even be able to see them. The wiring origin was done through an outer facing wall and they dealt with the fire break no problem. Up through the ceiling, and back down. So you only see 2 wires ultimately for the 2 side surround speakers. The thing you can rely on is they will work with you throughout the decisioning process, answer questions, make suggestions if you want them, or make what you want happen otherwise. I had to delay my install about 3 months to order a new tv stand and they were accommodating. I think they were swamped as well so it was probably mutual. I had wall plates installed and everything looks perfect. Another nice aspect, I had a mix of my own equipment already, and it was easy to make substitutions on the quote. Small example is i Has them use my banana plugs. Install all in all took about 2 days. John is the installer. Very chill and professional at the same time. It’s like having a friend over, that happens to also be installing your sound system. We chatted a bit along the way about what specifically I wanted, he listened, and made it happen. Anyway I’ve dreamt about doing this since I was a kid. I got cancer recently and after recovery and remission decided no more waiting. I had extremely stringent expectations. Turned out exactly as I had hoped and it’s been running solid for over a month. Cost was $99/hr for my particular case. Which was very reasonable for how well it turned out. Just to give an idea, that’ll vary case by case of course. Thanks again to them, and I’ll be hiring them again for sure

My experience with Digital Living was great! I have a Sonos system that was installed by Granko in 2016 and it has never worked correctly. The speakers in the yard only played certain frequencies of sound and the lyrics never came through. I tried contacting Granko several times via phone and email, but they would not get back in touch with me. Digital Living was able to fix the sound issues and several other problems. They were very professional. I recommend them to anyone who wants to install a Sonos system or needs one fixed.

Once we searched the different media review venues, Digital Living stood at the top of the list for us. We reached out to Dave McGovern. Dave was an absolute pleasure to work with. He provided several ideas, pricing options and timely schedules to fit our schedule. We also appreciated his staff, John. John was a pleasure as well. His skills and work ethic were very remarkable. Both Dave and John looked after us and did some wonderful work installing and mounting our TVs, updating our WiFi to a level to make all our family happy, no matter where they were throughout the house and / or outside. They were very sensitive to our home and always left as though no one had been there at all. I was very lucking in my search for finding Digital Living to do my TV mounting and Digital media upgrades.My only fear of developing this great relationship, is that they will get to successful and find it hard to meet all their calls for their service. Its not very often that you would need their service, but when you need a specialist like Digital Living and the services, workmanship and professionalism that they do offer, you need to call them.
