On time and provided great service. I would have appreciated more time for instruction on operating the new equipment, particularly accessing the different sound (5 channel stereo vs. dolby digital etc.) options, but overall nice work.

We needed to extend reception of our house wireless network and add a wireless access point to a small studio located a couple hundred feet from the main house. Despite having a somewhat complicated setup with modem and router in different devices, printers and wireless stereo components all needing to work together, our technician was able to complete all of the work correctly and within the estimated time. He was able to easily answer my somewhat technical questions and provided some great ideas for future network expansion. I plan to use them again when we remodel and need to build audio visual capability into a fireplace mantel/ TV setup.
