SIMI VALLEY GLASS

They were punctual, and very professional in doing the estimate, and coming back for the work. We had 6 windows replaced in our mobile home. It took them about 1/2 day, and they were good about cleaning up after themselves. We noticed after they left that a screw was only screwed in about half way, and a couple of others weren't flush. When we called them about it, they came out within a couple of hours to fix it. The only other thing I wish they had done was clean the windows of their fingerprints. It's the little things like that that can make a difference. However, we were overall very happy with them, and plan on using them again to replace 4 more windows in the near future.

We spent about $900 or maybe $1000 on that work. Our interaction with them was good and we do a lot of research before we use somebody. They were very helpful and did a very nice job.

They were very professional and worked very quickly. Everything was installed in one day, actually a half a day. We were very pleased with the whole process and finished product.

We sold our house and the buyers wanted us to fix a cracked window. It had to be done ASAP for the sale to go through. I called Simi Glass and explained the problem and was booked into schedule right away. They had to come out 2X since they didn't realize the piece was a double-pane that had to be special ordered (my mistake). Anyway, they got it done in time and their repairman was very timely and did an excellent job. I will be calling them for future glass or window installations in my next home.

Well they came and took out the old peace of glass, and replaced it with a new one.

THE SIMI VALLEY GLASS AND MIRROR WORKERS WERE VERY KIND, PUNCTUAL, RESPONSIBLE PEOPLE. THEY FIXED OUR TABLE AT A VERY REASONABLE COST AND IN A REASONABLE TIME!

THEY ARE THE ONLY GLASS SHOP WE USE IN SIMI VALLEY AND THERE ARE SEVERAL, BUT NONE ARE AS NICE AND HELPFUL AS SIMI VALLEY GLASS AND MIRROR. THEY ALWAYS GET IT DONE ASAP.

THEY WERE VERY PLEASANT TO WORK WITH. THEY WERE EARLY WITH THE WINDOW DELIVERY. THE INSTALLERS WERE FRIENDLY AND VERY EFFICIENT. THEY CAME THROUGH AND REPLACED THE WINDOWS VERY FAST.

IT WAS EASY AND PLEASURABLE DOING BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY FROM THE INITIAL CONTACT TELEPHONE CALL TO THE INSTALLATION PROCESS. THE SALES PERSON WAS VERY HELPFUL IN THE DECISION MAKING PROCESS ON WHICH TYPE OF DOOR TO SELECT, GIVEN THE SHOWER ENVIRONMENT AND OUR PERSONAL PREFERENCES.

OUR EXPERIENCE WAS A POSITIVE ONE. THE INSTALLERS WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL AND CAREFUL NOT TO HURT OR DISTURB ANY OF THE SURROUNDING FURNITURE AND/OR WALLS AROUND THE AREA IN WHICH THEY WERE WORKING.
