Red Hat's Alex Garcia and his son Alex Junior are two of the most professional people I've ever had the pleasure of meeting. They replaced my entire drain line, ALL OLD GALVANIZED PIPING UNDER THE HOUSE SLAB AND TO THE STREET SEWER, without smashing through any bathroom tile or house slab. Additional costs of tiling, fixture replacement and concrete repair were not necessary. Using work-a-rounds, Red Hat also managed to give us the use of one bathroom everyday so we didn't have to get a hotel.. Well done.

The entire process of installing a tankless water heater was excellent. The initial call to Ahmad was extremely informative. Alex, the supervisor, was knowledgeable and always available. The project was completed in a timely manner.

I believe that Red Hat did a REALLY good job. The two technicians that worked thru the day to install the Tankless Water Heater were excellent. They worked quickly and precisely and explained things to me whenever I asked.

Good service, reasonable price

I called several plumbers who all gave me the run around on pricing. I had the part just needed a burner installed. Red Hat quoted me a price over the phone very reasonable price, came early and installed!

Ahmad Naim and his technicians were promt, knowledgable and did clean work on the piping and work area. Installation cost for the project was reasonable for both material and labor. Very profesional installation and I will recomend them to anyone.

Very professional installation

I really liked the person who came out to do the work. The issue I take with most plumbers' work is that they will not patch the holes they make when replacing faucets or pipes. I wish I had chosen a handyman or gc for this work so that I could get everything done in one go. This is why I gave a low value for the money.
