I’m very happy with the job this company is performing for me. All employees are very friendly, professional and knowledgeable. It turned out my main water line was leaking but based on the age of my hot water heater I had that replaced also and upgraded to a tankless heater. I will use Red Hat for all future plumbing needs.

The installer, Leo was quick, clean, and professional in every way. He explained the difference between the old water heater and the new. Very pleased with the whole job.

After submitting my request for a plumber to install a water heater on Home Adviser. I received a call from Red Hat plumbing. They came out at the time they had arranged, gave me a great bid, and were able to get the heater installed right away. Carlos did a great job and I had hot water that evening.

This company was amazing. They called in under a min of my posting. They were at my house within the hour. Alex and his son were best , courteous plumbers I have met in my life. And I have dealt with many plumbers. They diagnosed the issue, which was major, my entire main drain system from under the house to street failed in multiple areas. House was 71 years old. Original inspection showed some of the issues but not all. They were downplayed by the inspection to help sell the house. Price was in range. The stayed on the job never late each day until complete. They cleaned up and fixed lawn perfectly. They were pleasant and informative to be around. I Recomend this company and especially Alex to anyone. I don’t think I’ve been this impressed with a plumber in y life. So with no pun intended,”hats off to Red Hat Plumbing.

Alex came over 30 minutes after he called me. Easy to talk to very professional. He gave me a great quote and had Carlos come over in 30 minutes.Carlos was great. He too was easy to work with and did a great job. He left my garage spotless. Great pair of guys to work with.

They showed up earlier then expected and did a fantastic job. My gas valve was too high and they were able to re position it in under 30 mins allowing my stove to sit flush with the wall.
