Very prompt and professional service. No complaints about the quality of the service, but I do have a complaint on price. All told it was about 1.5 hours of work and cost $1000. I can't say for sure, but I have a suspicion based on other reviews I have read that the price is highly weighted based on the type of job (for example crawl space water removal) and less so on the expected length of time to do the work. If our entire crawl space had been flooded and/or wet $1000 would have been a great value, but for removing 4 gallons of water and drying/sanitizing approximately 50 or 60 square feet of wet dirt it seemed excessive. If my suspicion is correct I'd gladly hire dry force again for a major problem.
Description of Work: Removed 4 gallons of standing water from crawl space that had come from a leaky tub drain. Also dried & sanitized surrounding dirt in crawl space and provided oder neutralizer.

I have a 50 year old home IN Redwood City and hellip;. recently two major sewer lines under the house either cracked or showed huge amounts of corrosion/deterioration and ndash; there was quite a lot of water and I presume mostly kitchen sewage as a result under the house in the crawl space. Plumbing was adequately fixed, but the plumber's sanitization remedies were totally unsatisfactory (thought they did remove the standing water), so I called in Dry Force (who work closely with Palo Alto Plumbing, which I think is on your website and ndash; and whom I wish I had used in the first place!). They were wonderfully professional from start to finish, from the initial rep's (Martin) visit to view the problem and tell me what they proposed doing, actually doing the job, and then terrific follow-up. I had called early on a Saturday morning, they were there by that afternoon for about 3-4 hours. They returned on the following Monday to pick up the large fan they had left circulating air inside the house, and are due to return next Saturday to do one more final round of sanitizing. Total bill is $1,500 which I find very reasonable. Their technician, in a hazmat suit, crawled into a very small crawl space beneath the house and basically power sanitized the whole area, put down some sort of antimicrobial treatment, then a layer of moisture absorbing rock, and then I believe, a final sanitizing layer. All through this process they were polite, super efficient, keeping me informed as to each step and showing me a video of the finished work. Very professional from start to finish, with a perfect clean up at the end and ndash; even my hosepipe was rolled back into its container! A very reassuring finish to a stinky and stressful situation. HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS COMPANY!

My experience with DryForce has been a life changing experience. After a main line back up under my house left me a with an extremely messy situation with water and sewer damage heavily exposed, the plumber on site referred Dry Force to me to help with the water clean up and restoration process. Devastated with the mess and the hassle i assumed i would be facing, i was gratefully surprised to have Dry Force deal with all the legalities and made the over all experience professional and pleasant. I mainly spoke with individual named Matt Watt who was extremely supportive and accommodating to my needs. He explained that he would like to send someone out to look at my house and offer me an evaluation at no charge. Mr.Watt was quick to send someone out and assured me the issue would be taken care of in a timely manner and they would work completely around my schedule and needs, which they did ideally. Every individual i dealt with through Dry Force was well-mannered, always on time, and understanding to my particular situation. Being a single mother struggling to make ends meet, like most, Dry Force dealt directly with my insurance company to get the charges covered. Dry Force even went to far as to cover my deductible of $500 leaving me paying nothing out of pocket! I am extremely grateful to have Dry Force's help and would recommend them to anyone who needs water, mold, or fire restoration. It's companies like this that make me use Angie's list!!!
Description of Work: Dry Force completed the dryout service and reconstruction of my home in a timely manner.
