From start to finish, all our dealings with ABC Remodel are very smooth. ABC Remodel is able to meet us for an estimate and produce a professional, written proposal in a timely manner. They are mindful of client's budgetary needs and timelines, upfront about the sequence of work needed to be performed and the time necessary to complete each project. Their billing and bookkeeping is organized, which we really appreciate. ABC Remodel covers all sizes of projects, big or small. Their quality of work, communication with clients and customer services is excellent. They are prompt with returning phone calls and keeping us updated on progress. The workers are professional, pleasant and helpful. ABC Remodel and their crew take extra steps to make sure the projects are done in the highest quality of workmanship. Orhan and Richard took the time to learn what i wanted done; made some great suggestions; and prepared some drawings to ensure we all were on the same page. When the work started they walked us through the project and made sure we knew basically what was going to happen, when and what he required of us in terms of access, etc. He introduced me to his key team members. Any changes, decisions, new ideas or surprises were communicated along the way. When it involved a change in spec and price (usually the scary part) he was very fair and reasonable. Richard's attention to detail was exceptional. I am what you would describe as fussy about the details but there was never a time that Richard and the team did not meet or exceed my expectations. The main job was delivered on time and budget. I was so impressed that I had them renovate a shed beside the garage - Orhan quoted it and again delivered on budget and on time.

ABC Remodel did a wonderful job guiding us through the multitude of challenges that arise from rebuilding a home. After interviewing several contractors, we chose Orhan and Richard due to our conviction that they provided a balance of quality craftsmanship, integrity and dependability at a fair price. We were not disappointed and can now confirm that they embody all of those traits and more. The finish work truly separates an excellent contractor from merely an adequate one. From the finishing of the walls to the baseboards, the workmanship is superb. I never had to point out an area that had been poorly done because they were consistently diligent and pro-active about making sure the smallest details were attended to. Moreover, they demonstrated true pride in their work and a commitment to giving us a beautiful home and refused to cut corners to save time or reduce cost. At times we were inclined to make decisions based solely on the cheapest solution. If they saw us trying to take a short cut that they knew would lead to a less than superior result, they would often offer a better solution at cost or simply do the additional work complimentary. When unexpected challenges arose, they were always there to problem solve and come up with a creative, thoughtful solutions. Additionally, when those inevitable challenges did arise and a change order was required, they provided the solution at a price that was reasonable. They have a wealth of contacts that made additional purchases or specific tasks hassle-free. Rather than just hand over a recommendation, they would call the owner or manager and provide a direct line to reputable, top-of-the-line companies that offered wonderful service at a contractor discount. The entire job was handled efficiently and remained on schedule. New projects arose as the job grew in scope and some of the materials I ordered were delayed. However, we are still finishing the project relatively close to the original end date. Now that we've had an opportunity to work with ABC Remodel, we feel we've finally found someone that warranted our utmost confidence in and we would not hesitate to use them for any future projects. We were fortunate to have found them and respect every aspect of the way they do business. They are deserving of our highest recommendation.

nd Orhan and his team were very responsive from the start to the end of the project. We remodeled both our bathrooms at the same time so scheduling was very important for us. For at least half the project we were out of country and Orhan called us whenever an important decision had to be made. For the remainder of the time he arranged the schedule so that there was minimal distraction. We made several changes during the project and he was very accommodating to these changes and reported promptly the cost associated with these changes. The cost of the project (with the changes) came out to be reasonable and as planned. There was no surprise there. The (nice) surprise was seeing the bathrooms all beautifully remodeled when we first checked it out upon our return. It was just what we dreamed of. Overall we were very pleased and would definitely hire him again for another project.

I am very glad I chose ABC Remodel company to do the job. My main project was to paint the exterior house. But I also has a few things need to be fixed in the house. Since ABC Remodel is a general contractor, it's very convenient to use them as they have the resources to easily get other jobs done while the house was painted. Orhan and his crew members are very responsive, professional and friendly. David, the painter did a great job painting the house. It was a pleasure working with the crew.

The job took a little longer than they expected, mostly because of inspection scheduling issues, but they worked around those to the extent possible. We will definitely call ABC when we have other work to be done.

ABC remodel was highly recommended by my real-estate agent. She had been fantastic on the entire purchase process. Initially, I wanted to renovate a lot! They provided me with a list of everything I wanted to do along with a price of labor and material cost estimate. This list enabled me to prioritize and make decisions. For example, I wanted a fabulous closet. They suggested we postpone and take time to live with the current layout. They did guide me to pick the best material I could afford. They suggested engineered wood rather than laminate style flooring. They suggested improvements that would impact positively the resell value of the place requiring minimal investment. For example, they did add electrical outlets for light fixtures in the bedrooms and vanity area. Huge impact; nothing like a bright room! They suggested closing the vanity light fixtures from above the head to be facing me as sconces each side of the mirror. What do you know, now I look better in the morning! They suggested work around to avoid high cost renovations. They suggested painting the kitchen cabinets rather than installing new ones. At the end of the day, they came out right on budget – not to mention and they did more than what was initially on the contract. They did extend themselves to me because they cared that I would be happy coming from work, opening the door and seeing this beautiful place would be mine! ABC remodel is an outstanding team of good men. The delightful factor is that ABC Remodel team cares that I would be safe and I would love my new home. Each one of them cares deeply about their customer. I would not think of asking anyone else to work on my place – I totally trust the team and I know I will be delighted with the outcome. Orhan was very responsive and came over right away to look at work I wanted done. Exterior painting was done in a timely and professional manner and came out fantastic. ABCs painters are first class all the way. The door installs were not so good. Doors didn't close right and not installed correctly. Trim work had hammer dents and finish nails not driven in all the way. Could have done a better job myself. Orhan's partner came over and worked with the door so it would at least close. I really like Orhan and I might have them do some more small projects I need done, hoping a better job will be done then was done on the doors.

I remain highly impressed with his responsiveness and the kindly attention he pays to his clients.

ABCRemodel generally helps me maintain my house. I am traveling outside of the US for most of the year. I have relatives (young professionals) living in the house. However they are incapable of doing maintenance work (not very handy and not very interested). ABCRemodel was a God-send opportunity for me. They are VERY reliable and easy to work with. And, they are able to help me with any type of work that needs to be done in and around my house. They either do it themselves or use their extensive network of subcontractors to do it. However, ABC is there to supervise and manage the work directly even when they are using subs to get it done. Their prices may be a bit higher than others I worked with, but I am willing to pay for quality, timeliness, and service. I used other contractors in the past, and had many bitter experiences... What I especially appreciate with ABC is that their principles are ex- Silicon Valley people, with technology and customer support experiences. They provide top quality reports for me as the work is getting done, with photos if appropriate, so I can see if the work is required and when done, how well it is done... In summary, I would recommend ABCRemodel highly.

We wanted to change one of the bathrooms which was in not-so-good condition and then turned out kitchen into a more usable and pleasant place. ABC Remodel worked on my old house that I sold. I was very happy with their services at that time, so them again to work on my bath and kitchen in my new house without any hesitation. ABC Remodel's owner Orhan, listened to what I wanted done very carefully; helped me in scoping the project. He helped me choose and purchase the materials for both bathroom and the kitchen even before the project started. He referred a good color consultant for the paint which helped me a lot; there are so many color choices out there! Presented me a well written project plan. I am amazed to see how careful he is in defining the work and planning how to do it and then explaining to me in every detail. A great crew was lined up for my project. They started on the promised date; worked tirelessly to do a quality job and finished on time. We had a couple of challenges with the floor condition; Orhan was very good in bringing the challenges to me right away with a recommended solution. Some of the things, including additions to the project, changed the scope and the price slightly, but Orhan carefully kept me involved with the project during the whole work; I had no surprise at all. All changes were handled very very well. At the end we have a new bathroom and a very nice looking kitchen that we all love. I have much more space to prepare the food and cook it. Our new cabinets also give me more storage space with all these new features. I was recommended to buy high quality, a little pricey, hardware for the cabinets, but I believe that it is worth. ABC Remodel proved me again that they care for their customers and provide high quality work with professionalism. ABC Remodel / Orhan is my go-to-contractor now.

After a lengthy search and referral check we decided to go with ABCRemodel. In our first meeting, company's owner Orhan listened to our wishes, took many photos, took measurements, and studied the house. He did not give us any cost or time estimate after the meeting and left. Four days later we met with Orhan again. He presented us a written scope document and a computer drawing of our remodeling project in two forms: As-Is and To-Be. He walked us through his understanding of the scope and asked our feedback/input. After this check he left again and in three days he came back with his cost and time estimate. As I work in high tech, this approach reminded me a quality project scoping and estimating process which Orhan proved to be an expert of. After we gave the project to ABCRemodel, Orhan documented all contracts and brought in his subs for different portions of the project. The timing changed due to our changing requirements but Orhan managed the changes and our frequent requests very well. The project was completed very successfully making my wife smile (which is the best part). We had to pay slightly more than the original estimate due to changes coming from us. Orhan gave us daily progress reports in written form which I had never seen from any other contractor before. We are very pleased with Orhan and his team; all pleasant and respective people delivering quality work. We will definitely hire ABCRemodel for our next home improvement project.

Orhan was personable and professional. He met with several painters in order to get us the best price. The painters he chose did an excellent job of repairing and painting areas of our house that were peeling badly. We are very pleased with the results, and would call ABC remodel for future projects. This project was a small one, but Orhan dealt with it like a much bigger and major remodel.

Owner provided very personal service. Was at my home everyday of the project. One of the subs skipped out in the middle and he put in a substitute; he absorbed the additional cost.

This is the second time we are using ABCREmodel. Orhan and his crew again did an excellent job on this work. Fixed a major water pressure issue by replacing the main water pipe from street to home. When done, the area surface looked better and cleaner than before. The water pressure increased considerably. Also in the back yard, Orhan?s crew did a major clean up while giving us great ideas on the CAD S/W and afterwards they installed the plants and flowers as we agreed.Our backyard looks beautiful now. Every member of ABCRemodel was very professional, polite, pleasant, and hard working. Orhan finished the job one day before the estimated time and within the budget that he originally proposed.Quality was really good as i expected from him and his crew . Best of all, Orhan?s reporting and communication to us exceeded our expectations. We will certainly work with ABCRemodel in the future again.

Once I agreed on the scope and price, Orhan presented me a project plan (similar to what I do on my daily life in high tech). I approved the project plan. Orhan and his crew started the project on time and finished on time and on budget, as promised and documented in the contract. I was extremely impressed with Orhan's quality checking every day and reporting the project status to me; thanks to Orhan's military and high tech background. Every member of his crew was very professional, knowledgeable, and polite. The whole project went very smoothly with a couple of changes that Orhan recommended as the project developed and I approved. There was no surprise to me. I was completely satisfied. I was able to sell the house for more than the priced value. Orhan notonly modified my house, he also referred buyers to me; his network in Silicon Valley is very impressive. I bought a new house; I am planning on some remodeling in the bath and the kitchen. I am confident to give all of these projects to ABCRemodel; the best general contractor company I have ever seen.

How many times did your contractor arrive on time, provide an accrate estimate, follow up, check the quality of the work, think about the bigger picture and make sure you are aware of all alternatives along the way? ABCRemodel does all of this. They are punctual, provide excellent and detailled estimates, make sure the work is of impeccable quality and follow through. Orhan brought two workers to clean out the old isolation under my roof. The job took longer than we all expected due to unforseen circumstances - and he did not complain or try to re-negotiate once. He said he promised - and he delivered. I believe he actually lost money on this one. The team was extremely professional and I had no problem leaving my wife and kids alone with them (something I have a bit of a problem with some contractors). The gardener did an outstanding job as well and Orhan was there all the way, making sure the work was completed according to my expectations (which, being an engineer, can be quite difficult...). Overall - I will hire them again in a heartbeat. The best experience I ever had with a contractor.

The quality of his work was impeccable and the results were fantastic- we could not have been more satisfied. He was professional, knowledgeable, and responsive. He?s a gem and we highly recommend him!

Company is run by a Turk. In this case he had an hispanic plumber. They talked amongst themselves and came up with a price, which I agrreed to. During the time the plumber was there, all he did was complain about how he wan't making enough money. The complaining went on and on throughout the job. Orhan, the Turk, tried to upsell me on everthing he could. At one point he told me that he would do the repiping of the entire house on my credit, and I could pay him when I could afford it. Sounded like a desperate man trying to hook custommers any way that he could

I am still not certain if I will use them or not. I liked the guy. He was nice and pleasant. The estimate was for $6500. I will consider using them in the future.

Orhan and his crew did an excellent job. Workers were polite, prompt, professional and left the area clean everyday. The work was beautifully done. The cost of the project was completed within the original quote. The team was very helpful and I was very happy that they did some extra painting (no charge) because the area needed it. I would not hesitate to hire them again.
