Description of Work: I ordered the deal early last week to have my carpets steam cleaned. I waited two days with no response. Their site shows that they are open 7 days a week starting at 8 am. I tried by email on Saturday, I tried by phone on Sunday. No one talked to me or responded. It's like they didn't even exist. I found it funny that you guys, Angie's List, sent me an add for them as a highly rated company yesterday. That wasn't my experience at all.
