I cannot say enough good about my experience with Sunny Hills Cleaners. They arrived precisely on time.They were courteous and friendly and explained what they would do. They offered me additional service but there was no pressure to accept. They went right to work and completed the cleaning in an hour. I was blown away with the results. I had used their service previously for drape cleaning and upholstery but not carpet. I would not use any other company the next time and highly recommend them.They were very professional.

It was a custom rug that was like a real long shag carpet that I had made into a rug years ago and they can't clean it at the house because it is too big. They wet clean it and then they hang it up to dry. The rug is so heavy and so big that no matter what anybody does they can't get it that clean. It has nothing to do with them, we just can't get it the way it needs to be so I am thinking about getting a new rug. I guess it takes about a two hour servicing for them to dry it. It was expensive. It is an 11 x 11 shag rug. I am sure they did the best they could, it is just this rug is so thick that it takes days and days and days for it to dry. It wasn't the best, but I don't think anybody else could have really gotten it any better either. I would highly recommend them. They show up on time and they do a good job -- that's probably the most important thing. I have never had anybody else clean my carpet.

I think they do carpet cleaning and drapery cleaning. I think they are a little bit expensive, but they do a decent job. They know what they are doing. I do not have carpets anymore if I did, I would consider using them maybe, but I would shop around.

It went great, they were very professional and took their time to get all the stains out of everything. I was very happy with the results.

Good communication w/provider re. appointment date and time confirmed by phone day before pick up and delivery. Courteous driver and phone rep. Clean draperies look bright and beautiful.

Work was performed well and in a timely manner. The drapes were cleaned on the first occasion and the carpet several weeks later. There were several spots on the carpet that reappeared after 1st cleaning. Sunny Hills Cleans readily returned and cleaned the carpet again. We were very satisfied.

They sent two guys to do the job. They were very professional. The one guy asked if we had any spots and asked us to show him. He told us what they were going to do and how they would treat them. I asked him about our lazy boy chairs and they cleaned them too. Wow. What a difference. Our carpets came out great, (better than we thought they would) and our chairs were looking pretty good too. They even moved our stuff and cleaned under them. (we had to remove the little blocks and plastic things under the legs when the carpet was dry, but a small price for having clean carpets again.) I would use these people again, they really tried hard an did a great job. Kudos to them!

;We have used this company before and they call every 6 months or so to see if we need their services. They are pleasant on the phone and not pushy. The two men arrived according to schedule and the work was done in an hour. A price for the job was given before the work started. I expressed concern about being left with overly wet carpet and they did their very best to extract as much of the water as possible. Tarps were put down on tiled and wood floors that were not being cleaned and guards were put on the corners of cabinets to protect the woods and tiles from damage by the hoses. I was asked it I wanted any extra treatments for the carpets and I asked for Scotch Guard treatment in 2 rooms. I was counseled on how to get the rugs dried as fast as possible. Booties for covering our shoes were left to wear if we needed to walk on the damp carpets. The workers were professionally dressed, efficient, pleasant and friendly.

This gentlemen worked hard and did not waste time. I am happy with results.

Nach was first to arrive, made sure water off, removed water quickly and showed me where the water has gone into the cabinet. He was very professional, timely and knowledgeable.

They clean grout, carpets and almost everything. They are really nice and good. Their prices are really good. I spent $278 on that work. I have had them year after year and they have kept my drapes lasting because they keep them clean and do not wear out fast. They call couple times a year to check if I need to have anything done. I really like them. I am happy with their price.

Cleaners were able to come out on short notice. I was happy with the end result and price, but gave them a C for professionalism due to the following. They did not get out a spot in bedroom and did not mention it to me. They had the window A/C on with the door and windows open when I arrived to pay them. They left wet dirty spots in entry when they left that I had to use kleenex to clean up because I had nothing else. I was concerned that the carpet seemed extremely wet, but when I came back the next day it had dried and it was satisfactory in appearance and feel. I would use them again but I would remain on the property while work was being done.

IT WAS VERY GOOD. I HAVE USED THEM A LOT, FOR CLEANING MY CARPET ALSO. I RECOMMEND THEM TO ANYBODY AND I HAVE RECOMMENDED THEM. THEY ARE VERY PROFESSIONAL. THE PEOPLE THAT DID THE SERVICE WERE VERY PROFESSIONAL. I THINK THEY ARE A LITTLE MORE EXPENSIVE THAN OTHERS BUT I WOULD PAY WHATEVER, FOR THEIR SERVICES. I GAVE THEM AN "A" FOR PUNCTUALITY.

I THINK THEY DID AN EXCELLENT JOB. WE HAVE USED THEM EVERY YEAR FOR THE PAST FIVE OR SIX YEARS. THEY HAVE EXCELLENT QUALITY OF WORK PERFORMANCE.

THEY GAVE ME A DISCOUNT ON THE CLEANING WHEN THEY DID THE CARPET. THEY DID A VERY GOOD JOB. THEY WERE IN AND OUT. THEY WERE ALSO VERY PROFESSIONAL. I HAVE USED THEM SEVERAL TIMES IN THE PAST.
