Danilo responded to my gutter cleaning project right away and did the work the same day! Since not at home, he took good pictures of the gutters that I could see were clean and debris removed. Very nice!

Danilo was very nice, seemed to understand my problem (which is mice getting into the attic) and apparently fixed it. He also mentioned that my gutters needed cleaning so I asked him to do that as well. I already knew the gutters needed cleaning.

Danilo and his crew rescued me after a botched job someone else did. They removed the sink/toilet, demolished tile, added hardie backer, tiled/grouted, added baseboards, and towel/tissue holders. After the job was grouted, I noticed one tile was chipped, so they happily re-did it. Clean up was excellent. Danilo and the quote was nearly the same as a popular licensed tile company but I hired Danilo because he was willing to install the sink/toilet/fixtures as part of the quote (which the licensed company would not). Unexpectedly, Danilo had to swap out sink valves that were more than 20 years old. The crew was prompt, super clean, and efficient. From start to finish, the job was done in 6 work days (non-consecutive because I had to get more tile). They worked in the rain. Super happy and would absolutely hire Danilo Lopez again.

Rosalinda did a great job, she is very detail oriented and cleaned everything from top to bottom. I will be using her ongoing. She also gives you the option to use her cleanning products or your own. I was pleased with the work.

Danilo Lopez was very professional and did a great job of restringing our old window blind. Hi completed the work is less that 24 hours. 2 helpers returned to help him hang the blinds on a big window. We may hire him to sand and paint our dock. We awaiting a price quote.

Danilo was very professional. He & his associate Gabriel power washed our deck, house, cleaned the gutters and applied sealant to our deck. In addition he added a solar powered light to our front porch to illuminate our house numbers. We already have another outdoor project for him later this month. The work was completed on time, everything looks beautiful and Danilo went out of his way to make sure that we were happy. We will hire him and his crew whenever we have a project to do. He is a keeper!

Rosalinda and Danilo did a great job for our deep cleaning after construction and we also hired her for our ongoing cleaning. I got a few quotes. They were very responsive, competitive and did good work. She arrives when she says she will arrive and the house is clean and nothing is damaged. They go the extra mile to do a good job. I’m really glad to have found them to make home maintenance so much easier!

It is hard to find contractors to do various smaller jobs, but Danilo and his team took our projects and completed them very professionally. We had them do a patio brickwork repair project, powerwash and seal the patio, replace a fence gate, paint the exterior eves and facias and install leaf guards on the gutters. All work was performed to my satisfaction in a timely manner. I will have them back in the future for other projects.
