Description of Work: He cleaned the blower of my unit, as it had a thick layer of grime on it. I was surprised that the cleaning method was just hosing it off in my parking lot- there should have been some sort of runoff collection system.

Description of Work: Evaluated, repaired, and tuned up several different elderly air conditioning units at our home. Gave us diagnostics and estimate for replacement of one unit which is non-operative. One issue was not resolved after the repair. The technician returned within a day or so of us reporting it and spent at least two hours resolving it at no further charge to us. Technician was very pleasant and professional.

Description of Work: They were prompt. They did a service check up & changed filter plus vacuumed small area. Also suggested future ideas to improve furnace service.

Description of Work: They came out and determined my heating/cooling system was flat, out of coolant. Jesus left the switch lock off the panel switch. He said to determine where the leak is they'd have to take the unit for at least a week and test it, the test would cost $375. He quoted me a price of $6500 to replace the system without knowing what size it was. Once I told him these condos are small there's no way it costs that much, he went into the attic to get the serial number and evaluate the air handler and check the size. He said one of their "comfort consultants" would contact me to come out and give me a quote on a new unit. That was a week and a half ago and no one from seaside air has contacted me, for anything. I paid for this referral, and am perplexed why I would have to contact them to give them my business at this point. To me failure to follow up and ignoring your customers destroys trust and any kind of potential business relationship. It was like they just took the money and ran. This is my first time using Angie's list, and I would not use this as a resource in the future. Very dissatisfied.
