Mike Counsil Plumbing is attentive and reliable. However, they are quick to sell you more services you may or may not need. Still not sure if they are the most affordable.

Very professional. They had to back order the under counter water heater. A little more pricey than I originally imagined but I'm confident in their work.

Mike Council Plumbing was excellent from start to finish! I needed a plumber fast to fix a kitchen sink leak and a clogged main water line? the plumbers completed the job well and the workers were very pleasant throughout.

Only fair in not having parts handy for immediate repair and having only an apprentice technician available for emergency repair of leaking water line. Then was late for a stated window of repair appointment and had to be called back to ensure the full functioning of the hot water line. Did not communicate clearly between estimator and repairing technician about the extent of repair and ensuring full functioning once done. Otherwise, was courteous and professional, and quite knowledgeable. Quick to point out other possible plumbing deficiencies which I must consider.

Fast response time, timely service, clear communication, friendly and good manners. The picked the most pragmatic / lowest cost solution to the problems they found. I really feel like they both solved my problem and I got great value.
