I was contacted immediately the minute I requested for repairman and was given an appointment. The tech. (Jerry) gave me a quote between a repair and replacement of parts. Very professional and made sure the area was cleaned before leaving the completed work.

I was initially a little taken aback at the price, but honestly, I didn't get any other quotes, so I really don't know whether the cost was above, below, or average. I just wanted to get the damn things done, so went with it. As far as professionalism and quality goes, I would definitely use them again. l

The Plumber sent, Victor, exceeded by expectations. He was professional, skilled, and performed the work of replacing two sink shut off valves and replacing a failing main house water shut off unit and related valves and pipes. He walked with me around the house evaluating the condition of my other water faucets. Good job Victor!

They were able to come earlier than the scheduled time, fixed the problem, showed me the pricing in advance, explained in detail the problems and they were very service oriented. I will definitely use them again.

Expensive for the work performed. But the work was performed correctly & installer was professional.

Far overpriced

They did a fantastic job with the install of the fixtures and the garbage disposal, however I was charged over $1400 for that job. After talking with other companies/contractors the job should not have been over $1000.

Mike was very professional. He came on time. Gave me very reasonable cost estimate. He completed the job professionally.

Keven was great and my problem fixed at a reasonable price. However, I needed additional work and the prices quoted for that were way more than other quotes I'd received.

I would recommend Mike Counsil Plumbing to my friends, family and neighbors, especially employees Paul and Jeremiah. They were very professional as well as polite and definetly know about Plumbing. Not only did they do the work they set out to do they also fixed a couple other plumbing issues I had that were not included in the scope of work. They were easy fixes for them but it meant a lot to me to now have a hose bib that doesn't leak and hot water in a sink that has not worked in years. The main job was opening up my upstairs bathroom wall and floor to find a leak. Great job ! Very satisfied customer !
