This was a very simple project and I think the price was way overpriced, although I did pay and have the job done. I would not use this company again.

It was easy to set up the appointment. They showed up on time and were very professional throughout the entire installation.

They are very thorough and do things right Henry is great I had a tenant in the house and he set up a temporary pipe to help run the washing machine so the tenant get his laundry done before leaving out of country excellent customer service all around

Henry and his co worker came and worked till the job was complete. They were professional and friendly, explaining everything completely. They were neat and fast and did a great job. They even are coming back tomorrow to make sure everything stayed good and rebook the washer up. I would definitely rehire them. My only regret is I forgot Henry's co workers name and that is a shame because he was every bit as good as Henry and they both fulfilled my expectations !

The technician was on time, polite and efficient

A week ago I found this company on home advisors. They called me the next day and set an appointment for 8-25 between 9am and 11am. Two days before the work was to be done the dispatched called to see if I was available for 8-24 between 5pm and 7 pm. They would have the plumber that lives in Livermore do the work on his way home. I agreed that would work. She called right back advising it would be between 5-7 on 8-25 not 8-24. I agreed. So now on 8-25 at 9 am she called to let me know they could not come. Instead of rescheduling (which I would not have been too happy about) she gave me the phone numbers of two other plumbing company's from San Jose. I asked her if they came to Livermore. She did not know and told me I would have to contact them myself. I'm very disappointed.

After coming to our house three times, there were unable to repair a leaking flush valve in my Kohler toilet. They replaced the existing flush valve with new Kohler flush valves twice, but leaking continued. They gave up and only charged me the original fee for coming out to the house for an analysis of the problem. I contact a local Kohler showroom in San Jose and they recommended a plumber, who also came out and replaced the flush valve with a new Kohler flush valve and the toilet continued to leak. After conversations with Kohler Co. What I found was that some of these flush valves did not have a smooth face for the flapper to sit against. I filed the face on one of the flush valves and reinstalled it and it worked better. Kohler sent me a new flush valve kit. I filed the face a little and installed the flush valve and it is now not leaking. Problem solved.

Mike was amazing! He never gave up!

Jerry was very polite and professional he explained everything he was going to do, left the area very clean when the job was complete and was fair priced I am very pleased and I will use them again.
