Did a great job installing pipe to the outside per code.

Showed up promptly, got the job done the first time out.

They replaced a ceramic cartridge for the cold water line, and replaced a pop-up assembly. I supplied the parts. Although the work was satisfactory , the price was outrageous 484.00 and this was after they waived the 89.00 service fee and applied the 101.00 off "coupon" . For another job in which I went through Home Advisor. The plumber removed and installed a new wide spread faucet with pop up assembly and 2 shut off valves underneath the sink. All for only 140.00.

He replaced the disposal unit and that was not just it. He went on to do other things. Good guy.

I needed service right away, as we suspected gas leakage in our home.Mike Counsil sent someone right away, the same day. Glenn, the salesperson, explained situation and recommended entire repiping of the home. He told me the pipes were one of the most expensive, but guaranteed quality work and warranty for 40 years. I did not have time to get second quote, so I went with them.Work was promptly started the next day. Charles, the head technician went over the pipes and suggested another option to do the repiping which turned out to be better and less costly. He is very thorough, knowledgeable and willing to go the extra mile to make sure the problem problem is resolved. Jobani, the 2nd tech was very friendly, on time and kept me aware of progress the entire time. All other workers that came with Charles and Jobani were courteous and did what they were told, and cleaned up after each visit.Although very expensive, I am very satisfied with quality of workmanship. I would recommend this service, with the above mentioned team whom I got to trust.

Left puddle on floor, had to come a second time to fix cause after first fix faucet was still dripping, did not break out parts and Labour on receipt and charged a whopping usd 450 for swapping a valve. Replaced shower head without being advised to do so and no apparent relation to the problem

He arrived on time and did the work within the 1 hour he had estimated. I was very satisfied.

I had a backed up sewer and it may have been a situation that the technician could not do much to improve. As it was, he left with the sewer line partially open, a toilet no longer attached, which may not be his fault, and rather large estimates to reattach the toilet and install a sewer access so the pipe could be snaked easier. He may have been right about the issues, but, I went with a client of mine and expect they will be resolved for much less money.

Everyone from Mike Counsil (Jaime, Jerry , Fernado and Martin)that worked on our project were awesome. We felt like when they were done they were family. We trusted that they did quality work however the pricing was super high compared to other companies, this made it hard as my Mother is elderly and on a fixed income. That is the only hesitation from using them again.

Guys on the ground were excellent, clean and courteous and knowledgeable. explained work that they were doing. Negotiating the job expense was harrowing, very expensive and scary. Felt pressure to choose their company immediately.

Technicians knew what they were doing and explained what they were going to do in detail and all costs. After a complete examination of our drainage systems, they gave us a detailed written of option plans along with costs for our review to go forward. No pressure to do more then originally planned. Would hire again.

I would highly recommend Mike Counsel. Jaime was a man of his word. He arrived when he said, he guys where very respectful of our house and also left it clean at the end of the day. When Jaime came to our house to originally unclog our drain he first did an inspection of our pipes which in turn he found out that our sewer pipe was corroding and need to be replace. Of course that is an expense that no one wants but I will tell you I'm glad we had it done.
