Did what they said they would do on schedule and left the yard better then when they started! very satisfied with the work and attention to the details. I would highly recommend them .

Very expensive, $600 to replace a toilet. Yep, picked one up for me and took the old one away. But, $600 to replace a toilet that costs $119, brain surgeons should start installing them. Very pleasant, polite, plumber. Went to Home Depot less than a mile away, and took an hour and a half. Was that part of the bill?

Mario was very professional, explaining all of the alternatives and costs. He wrote up a detailed contract including all parts and labor. He completed the job in one day and scheduled to return for the city inspection. Excellent work!

Very good and informative.

I received a call asking if they could come early. They came early and even worked on items we have not originally discussed. They come back the next day to finish everything and everything is working great. We will call them for our next plumbing project.

Josh performed all the work and did a great job. He was very informative and pleasant. He completed the work on time and pointed out other issued that needed to be addressed. I was very happy with Josh's work and would hire him again. My only concern with the company is that there is a bit of up-sale pressure even from the initial call. Just be prepared for that. The quality of work is good.

Working with Mike Counsil Plumbing was a pleasure. They did a great job, they had no haggle pricing, they cleaned up the work area, and I am very satisfied with the work. They rescheduled twice because of unexpected complications at other job sites, but they always kept me informed and worked with me to find a convenient time for the technician to come by.

I had them install a new faucet for me which went well but seemed to be a little expensive. However, the service also included an inspection of the plumbing in the crawl space and they found a section of cast iron drain line that was rusting, starting to leak, and turned out to be more than 50% plugged. By catching this problem and replacing the rusted portion just in time it saved me from a huge mess. I'm very thankful they caught it when they did and fixing it for me by the next day.

Located and fixed the problem, I did feel they could have been a little gentler with my floors and my cat. I also felt should have come prepared to do the project a little better. A bucket would have been handy. Very honest and personable.
