Extremely smart gentlemen completed several problems for us. Advised us of a slow leak in kitchen area due to incompatability of metals. Changed out to new faucet & filtered water tap to solve. They work very clean & leave all clean & working well. Excellent service. We highly recommend & would call again if necessary. Very quick to respond & repair. They have service in San Mateo County where we live.

Josiah was customer friendly and removed and replaced the kitchen faucet very professionally.

When I remove the water softener I can not connect the pipe back properly, but I am moving in two days. I called and Alex come in the late evening and fixed the problem immediately. It was too late that day, he came back in the 2nd day, he did inspect the pipe for the whole house and give me suggestion for maintenance. He found linking beneath the sink in kitchen which was a surprise to me. And he soon identified the issue was improperly installed disposer. And he fixed the issue for me without additional charge. I would say he did good job, high quality, efficient, flexible.

Great response time and had a new water heater installed in just 3 hours. Was very impressed!

Customer service and quality of work was excellent however $600 to install a new kitchen faucet is a bit unreasonable. As good as the service performed was, I would look elsewhere for a more reasonable price

No complete parts and installation is not done in one day because technician keeps missing appointments, like he is not ready to go to war.

We needed a few small jobs done so I put in a request on Home Advisor. Mike Counsil Plumbing was the first to respond. Henry & Richard came the same day, completed the jobs and the price was reasonable!

From start to finish Mike Counsil Plumbing is a top notch company. Tech showed up EARLY, everything was neat and clean and very thorough explanation of what needed to be done. I will absolutely use this company again, and refer business to them as well.

Bait & switch and many fear tactics were used by this company. They pushed repairs that were not the main reason for the call. One of the repairs they were recommending included a gas test, which costs $800 if they cannot complete the repair, & it was not explained that this would be a separate charge if the repair did not get done. Not to mention, they had another different guy, Glenn, call and come to the house to look at why they would do a repair that hadn't been tested yet. He then tried to scare me into re-doing the gas system in my house for $10,000!!! Glenn was condescending & seemed annoyed that we were asking them to fix a water pressure issue that was caused by their work & acted as if he was doing us a favor. Sat in his truck outside my house afterward, smoking & talking on the phone and was even more annoyed when I brought out copies of paperwork that I thought he'd forgotten. Charles and Jesse did a great job fixing our actual problem (water meter spinning despite all appliances off) and were the only ones who we felt had our best interest in mind while working on our house. Would not recommend this company to anyone. They seem to be more interested in making money than serving the actual needs of their customers.
