My Service Tech was wonderful. The parts I supplied were defective. He went and bought the correct parts and finished the job.

Mario came out to my house and wrote an estimate to replace the fixtures on a bathroom pedestal sink with new hardware (I had already purchased) and to fix a leak coming from the p-trap beneath the kitchen sink. The initial estimate added up to just over $1,500.00. That seemed like a lot to me. But the fact that Mario was professional in his appearance and behavior I decided to proceed. The $89.00 fee for him to come out to see us would be waived. Mario returned the next day right on time with a second plumber. He went to work on the kitchen while the second plumber worked on the pedestal sink. The two of them worked for about 3 1/2 hours. They cleaned up after the job was done. Before paying the bill, Mario asked me to visit the Mike Counsil website and print a coupon for $100.00 off, which I did. All I can say is everything is working well now and we have a one year guarantee that things will stay that way. Maybe I could have paid less for the two projects but I feel confident that the work was done properly the first time. I will likely use this company again.

They were attentive, clean and orderly. Writing up contract may have taken longer then the work. I purchased a new Kitchen Faucet and water tap for my Kitchen sink and had the water level checked in my daughter's bathroom toilet. It was just below $900 for the two replacement faucets and a small water valve in the bathroom. Each item was just under $300 each. Complete Job was completed in under 2 hours. They were professional and I would think that once the service call was made that labor did cost over $400 an hour. If your rich and don't mind spending over $400 an hour on labor then these guys are prompt and able to do simple plumbing. I did not have a very difficult job especially since I already purchased the hardware. They also kept the install tool for the new faucet. Anyway my main issue was the high cost of each little item. These guys do cost more than the Ferrari mechanic charge by the hour.

The technicians that came to do the job were just great. They were neat, clean, did not make any mess. The repair was swift and professional. The paper work took longer to complete than the actual repair! Lots of documation, they said in case there was a problem in the future. I will definitely use them for future jobs.

Fixing facetts for way to much money. Also they came as a pair.
