Super knowledgeable and competent service people; they did a very good job for me. But they are very expensive. I probably won't call them when I need my water heater replaced because their quote seemed to be at least 30% more than I think it should cost.

They, took 15-20min to diagnose where was the leak. The solution was to cap off 2 pipes which takes only 2 minutes. They gave an estimate of $240. I said itâ s too much, they said they can do it for $160. He bought the caps from the neighborhood Homedepot which is 15 min away. Entire work was completed in an hour from the time they arrived. They disposed the old pipe on paper recycle bin. Too expensive, sloppy work as they didnâ t dispose the pipes properly.

MCP had a difficult job installing a new propane line in a rural area. It was the third time around, all things considered - the original house builder's version leaked, then the gas company's version leaked, it took Mike Counsil to do it right. On the ball pros!

Joseph was on time and he repaired my water leak in a timely manner. He did a great job. However, I think I was overcharged.

Had to have them come back out to repair a clogged drain line after the initial installation of the water softener. They came right away and replaced with a new one - all good!

8 days to TRY to complete job but was NOT completed. PRO showed up 5 different occasions, rescheduled on me 3 times in a span of 8 days & job wasn?t completed. Just needed a water valve changed & the whole assembly was cut apart. The part leaking is no longer manufactured, it was cut, now leaking, which it wasn?t before the job was started & cannot be put back to original condition due to cutting the assembly. I don?t like to write bad reviews, I know sometimes things happen BUT I?d hate for this to happen to someone else. Angi themselves were great at listening & correcting the issue to make it right, thx Angi.

I couldn't be more pleased with the work, competence, courtesy and totally satisfactory RESULTS. Though this is my first experience with the company I am sure it will not be my last. The two gentlemen, Besmir and Eddie who came to my home to install bidets in two bathrooms were both friendly, professional and awesome representatives of Mike Counsil. They did an excellent job on both units , did NOT make a mess, took the time to review operation of each unit and left me a very happy customer. Thanks for a job well done.
