My first time to use their services. They are very professional and knowledgeable in their field. Shane notified me when he will arrive. He was on time and very professional. My existing water softener needs to be replaced. He advised me to get a different system that would be more suitable for my situation. I will definitely hire them to install the new water softener system installed.

They charge about $89 just for the visit and do not roll that into the cost for the job. They were available soon and came on time. They send two men: the front guy who assesses the job and assigns the price and the plumber who does the work. The front guy not only gave a hard sell to doing another large job (which he admitted was not necessary at the time), but he acted angry and offended when I pointed out that that would add a chunk to the cost. The plumber however was great and suggested a low-cost solution to the immediate problem (of getting the pipes under the sink to fit with the new disposal). To his credit, the front man allowed it. So far so good, but it has been only a week or so since the job was done. I will hire them again for another job, but I will continue to point out to them that the hard sell and the bullying demeanor does not go over well.

Tip top service...we called it 'white glove service' for plumbing....taped everything down. So professional and amazing service!

Victoria was on time, stayed until the job was done and cleaned up completely. I would recommend her and already have to several friends. I don't know if everyone there is so professional, friendly and knowledgeable but she is a treasure.

Mike Counsil Plumbing was very responsive to scheduling the repair of a water heater leak at my house. Service provider Xavier Zepeda was very clear about their process and how they would determine the cost and get my agreement prior to commencing work. Xaviers writeup of the scope of work was very detailed and very clear. He took the time to explain exactly the work he was going to do and itemized the cost for the work. I am very pleased with the quality of the work that was done and will definitely hire this firm for future plumbing jobs at my house. Service providers Xavier Zepeda and Juan Arreola did a great job upgrading some piping and values of our water heater and adjusting the pressure in the system to stop the leak from the drain line. High quality work.

Victoria Cedillo (tech) tried hard to clear a blocked drain before finally realizing the waste pipe needed to be replaced. She and Juan Arreola replaced the bathroom waste pipe and when I looked at the cutaway piece of pipe I saw that the pipe was packed solid with 60 years of gunk. I admire everything that Victoria tried first before going with the more extensive option. I trust Mike Counsil Plumbing and wouldn't even think of calling anyone else for my home, my parent's home or friend's homes.
