Jerry was very professional and thorough. We had him connect an under-sink water filter as well as connect the water line to our fridge. It was a little complicated and took longer than he anticipated. But he did it all very professionally

The technician, Alex, was great. Was helpful, made sure I knew what he was doing and why, followed COVID protocols, and did the job professionally.

I can say that they are a stan up company and they back up there work for what job they were going to do for me at that time. Like I said before very happy with them.

We also had them replace a kitchen faucet. Kevin was on time, professional, clean and explained things. Phone scheduling with the company was also friendly, professional and timely. The only "downside," as others have noted, they're a bit on the pricey side. That said, we'll likely pay a little more and use them again.

The inspection was done on schedule. and clearly showed the problem area in a photograph. The work was done on schedule. both personnel were polite and seemed to really know what they were about. A good experience, but I think that if I had gotten other bids, I could have saved money.

First time customer with Mike O Donald Plumbing. We needed a toilet part because the water was running. $337.00 for and labor. Two guys came out only one guy can fit in my little bathroom. I could have bought a new Toto toilet for not too much more than my final payment. I think they send 2 people and you end up paying for them both. Very polite guys but I feel that I OVER PAID!

When I called this morning and talked to the lady that answered the phone and explained my problem with my toilet she said she would send her teck out between 4pm and 6pm today. I told her that would be fine. One hour later she called me to see if she could send her teck out knoe. i said yes. 20 min later Cody showed up to take care of the problem I was having. It took Cody about 45 min to fix the problem. I was really surprised to see Cody had on little booties, gloves and a face mask. He replaced the rubber seal and cleaned everything up when he was done. That is why I call Mike Counsil when I have a plumbing problem. There here when they say they will be and you can not tell they were here as they cleanup when they are done.

This is a great team of professionals to deal with. Great communication, follow up and options. Clean cut, personable and used all of the CDC recommended procedures for COVID-19. I felt very comfortable with them working in the house. Very pleased with them. I highly recommend them.
