James was able to diagnose the wiring and circuit breaker issues in an hour and resolved the broken part and restore the several outlets to normal use again.

Excellent work done on time. I would happily rehire them. Heber, James, and Javier were skillful and courteous.

Dalcon technician found the offending wiring, changed it out, added ground fault interrupt circuitry, and all is well.

I overpaid by mistake and never got a refund.

The technician came looked at the job and promptly gave the estimate and in two days later came in finished the job. Very professional.

He came to my house and looked around and said he would send me the estimate that night. This was a week ago. Never heard from him.

Scheduled appointment for installation for a week after contact. Electrician then rescheduled for an additional 3 weeks out. Not happy with that kind of turnaround.

Did not go. Carlos never got back to me with bid. I called a couple of times to follow up and request bid or message that they were not interested. Did not get one.

Rafael did an awesome job. Rafael arrived as planned at 7AM with his assistant to replace a fan in the bathroom. The work was finished quickly and he kept me up to date on how things were progressing. Once the job was completed the bathroom was cleaned and the fan works perfectly. I would highly recommend Rafael.

All of our garage outlets were wired to the switch. Rafael installed a new outlet for our freezer and a outlet that will work for the garage door opener.

We called Dalcon Electric when a car struck a power line outside of our building and knocked out the electricity to our building. They were quick to respond in an emergency, courteous and professional. They helped us get our business back on track in a pinch. Then, we hired Dalcon to replace all 53 outdated outlets in our building. Dave and his crew (Jack and Billy) completed this efficiently and with minimal disruption to our business. When we needed to install emergency exit signs, Dalcon provided by far, the best quote for the work to be done compared to many other handymen we had considered. Jack and Billy installed our emergency signs and cleaned up the area where they had worked leaving it just as, if not better than, how they found it. Everyone at Dalcon is courteous, prompt and responsive. Dave, the owner, came in person to our office to discuss each project to be done. Scheduling these projects was a breeze, Sarah and Suzanne in the office were very responsive and made sure our concerns were addressed. We scheduled the projects out over time, but when a sooner date became available, someone from Dalcon would call and ask if that time would work for us so we could have our projects completed sooner. We would definitely work with Dalcon Electric again.

Very good. Inspection revealed poor workmanship by the original installer and potential fire hazard. Inspection also revealed fuse box issues that will need to be addressed later. Christopher was heplful and professional.

They were very efficient, did the work as promised same day.

We’ve hired Dalcon for various jobs around our house. We’re renovating an older home, and Dalcon has come out to move outlets, replace or remove lights, and also to trouble shoot various issues we’ve encountered along the way. We’ve always worked with Carlos from Dalcon, and he’s been very courteous and professiona. The quality of his work is excellent. He’s detail oriented, and has even picked up on and corrected work done by other contractors who have worked on our house. The pricing is fair and straight forward, and we can’t recommend them enough. We’ve made the mistake of trying to do things ourselves, or hiring the person who gives the lowest quote. Going forward, Dalcon will be our first call and they should be yours too. Ask for Carlos, he’s great!

Perfect. They did the work quickly without requiring us to move things out of the way, were very polite and made us aware of other potential wiring issues.

Terrible. Overpriced and under delivered. Tried to get me to replace all of my lights for $20000. No way! I called another electrician who fixed everything for about $100. He said that the Dalcon electrician was a fraud. Beware!!!

All work was completed to my satisfaction.

It went well. Brandin was super helpful and very nice. I was very happy with his work. He did a great job. My sister actually thought he was very attractive to boot ;) anyways, he did great, he was fast, and efficient. The only complaint that I had was that the price was way too high but I needed this done. Especially since it was just spliced off of an existing outlet it shouldn’t have cost $698.

They were incredibly quick to respond, scheduled an appointment and arrived on time, they communicated clearly, and they worked cleanly and quickly. It was all around great!

They were prompt, professional, and did the job as quoted. But $1000.00 is highway robbery to work on three lights.

Very pleased with the work. Carlos was very professional and patient. He took care to protect my flooring and cleaned up. He answered all my questions and explained what he doing. He also replaced my old smoke detectors with new ones I had bought, since I had trouble reaching ceiling to install.
