I requested a proposal, they met me on time for the proposal, we discussed what was needed and what the expectations would be for the finished product. Oganes from Barsegian Floor Covering was amazing. He arrived on time to perform the work discussed, and upon finding water damage, helped me document everything for my insurance company. He was very accommodating and was able to quickly fix my hardwood floor.

We only asked for a bid. Mr. Barsegian not only listened to us but educated us on our flooring issues. He was very prompt, courteous and helpful.
