Description of Work: Dr Dee's installed a thermostat in my home. He crossed wires and I could not heat my house. I called them and they told me they would try to get back to me in a week. My house was at 29 degrees. Air showed up looked the problem and had heat in my house in Thirty minutes. I would recommend them for any problem you have in their wheelhouse

 + -1 moreCrews were on time, polite and professional. They used tarps and left the house clean. They installed new Carrier equipment, and everything is working well. The house is much more comfortable and quiet with the variable speed fan on the furnace.
Description of Work: Replacement of furnace, ducts and registers. Added central air conditioning.

 + -1 moreThis was a replace furnace, new AC and air filtration. Matt is the owner of the company and very knowledgeable in his field and professional. He is the only contractor that came out and explained the differences in seer levels and even mentioned that puron was an option vs. freon. (I went with the puron) he also enlightend me to PG&E discounts and helped fill out the forms. His install team was terrific. They did a fantastic job with the installation. They made sure everything was cleaned up. They were very concerned and kept doors closed as it was cold the day of the install. I feel very lucky that I kept looking till I found this contractor. Matt came back out personally to check on the installation and go over the details of the new thermostat and air filtration. A+++ (They are also a Diamond Certified Contractor)
