I had a couple of other people look at furnace and they couldn't diagnose the problem. This company found the problem in fifteen minutes and had fixed within an hour. Excellent service provider.

The initial work was really good. They went above and beyond to get the job done well, and to get it done in time. However after the job was done their were several follow up jobs that needed to happen. And we weren't sure that they were going to get to it. So we initiated the correspondence, but other than that we were very pleased.

I got 4 or 5 estimates and they were the second cheapest. The guy who came was very knowledgeable and understood the technology. He was competent, friendly, and helpful. They came when they said they would and did the work in one day, which they said they would do.

We had two technicians come to our house, one for the igniter and air filters, the other for the duct cleaning. Both were punctual and on time (they were scheduled to come between 8am and noon). The technician who did our air filters missed one of our intake areas, but installed the 2nd grill and filter according to the original quote given to me. He said it was his mistake and would make it right, and he did. He did very good work and explained all that he was doing. The second technician did a good job cleaning our ducts and he also explained what he was doing to me. However he forgot to clean up one or two small things. Overall, I was very impressed with the quality of the work and would hire this company again.

Vic came out to give us an estimate, and right away said he would not sell us the top (read: biggest, most expensive model) because the size of our house did not require it, and it would be too noisy. (The salesman for another company had come out and given us a quote on their top model.) He checked the ductwork, and said it would have to be replaced because it was asbestos and was coming apart. He called an asbestos-removal company and got us a price to remove all the asbestos ductwork. He said we also needed a panel upgrade to 200 amps, and arranged for an electrical company to do that work. A crew of three came out to do the work. They worked hard, and did a good job. They cleaned up any mess they made, and hauled everything away.

My townhouse is 37 years old, and was a rental for 33 of those years. So I was anxious to have the air ducts and dryer duct cleaned out. (There was a LOT of crud in there.) The guys arrived promptly at the appointment time, did their work in less than an hour. I needed to vacuum most of the work area after they left, and the job would've been absolutely perfect had they put "booties" over their shoes when they first came in to inspect the location of the furnace and dryer; dirt from their shoes was mostly what I had to clean up later. They did lay down drop cloths under all their equipment, which was appreciated. The job went very well, and I'm very satisfied with their work. And extremely happy to get rid of the 37 years worth of stuff in the ducts. Thanks, AAA!

Was very careful to cover floors with cloths to prevent scratching and staining. Did not bump his equipment against door frames or hallways. Talked me OUT of a $50 filter replacement because it was not needed yet. References in Angie's list had enough variety in grammar and spelling to indicate that the same college professor did not write them all.

They responded to my call immediately. I felt that AAA Furnace and Air Conditioning was great. They did really nice work and they were quick and efficient in completing it on time. I can tell you that they were worth every cent.

It all started when our 17 year old furnace started acting up. I called AAA to come and service the furnace. The technician that came out cleaned the furnace and the water heater and explained some of the issues with the furnace system. Given the problems I was facing with the old furnace, he recommended that we upgrade to a Trane higher efficiency furnace. Two days later, the same tech came and gave us an estimate and even went under the house to check the existing duct work. Three days later, a very professional crew came out and installed the new furnace, new thermostat, new filter grill and strapping of about 15 feet of duct work under the house. The crew cleaned up after themselves and also cleaned up the water heater area on our request.

Called Tuesday and Rebecca scheduled earliest appt Friday AM. Estimator arrived early, and very professionally explained simple solution to extend the A/C line set below the house. Lowest quote out of 2 other companies. References faxed back from office quickly and checked out excellent. Scheduled job for Tuesday AM. Original estimator called back Monday to check all was OK and set for job. Two workmen arrived Tuesday reasonably in time frame; installing new line set under house in 3 hrs. The vacuum for their truck was not working though, so could not finish job then, and I was not charged as job was still incomplete. However, the office scheduled another workman to come that same PM. Forty minutes later, 2nd workman arrived and recharged it in 1 hr. Paid him in full and the representative called back 5 min later to check that all was complete. WOW! Talk about service and efficiency! Highly recommend!

The cleaning they did fixed the problem and we were very pleased with the service. There were no problems. They were friendly and on time.

Everything had worked out just fine. The people were very nice and they showed up on time to. I am sorry, I do not recall a price at this time. They were very reasonable though and I feel that it was well worth it.

I had a very positive experience with AAA. They did such a great job. I would definitely agree with all the reviews that I had seen online about them. I do not want to say that they were young kids, but, I will say young gentleman. They were on time and not a minute late. They had all the stuff they needed for the job too. The truck they had contained everything. They had this big old huge tube that you could not see through. All the junk went into that tube and they had to empty it as it filled. After they had left, I could definitely tell a difference. I could just tell by the way my heat sounded, it was not rattling or anything. Whatever they did, they did something good. I like them so much, I asked them about my air conditioner and they told me that they had specials rates before summer so I will be calling them for that.

There were four people doing the work and it was done by the time they told me it would be. They were on time every day as well. They were not the cheapest, but the quality of the work was well worth it. They did exactly what they said they would do for me.

I would not hire them again. The quality of their duct work was fine, but their estimator, customer service, and billing was the absolute worst. Customer service, multiple phone calls were required to schedule appointments and follow up on issues. Calls were not returned. Confirmed times were miscommunicated to workers. Often received attitude, with no sense of remorse for mistakes they made. Their estimator made 2 trips to thoroughly inspect our home. The second trip seemed like overkill, but if that's their system fine. When the workers got to our house to replace the duct work, it took them 5 minutes to notice, that we had asbestos that they were legally unable to remove, requiring us to hire a separate asbestos removal company. Why the estimator could not see this in 2 trips is beyond me. Billing overcharged us for the work, since they actually did not do the duct removal. Had to call the company 8 times over 2 months (not an exaggeration) to get a refund.

This was quite and extensive job yet they accomplished it beautifully, with little disruption. They disposed of all the old duct work and everything runs clean and well now. I definitely would recommend their services to others.

They did a really extensive check when they came out and before they left they gave me an estimate. A couple days later they gave me a call to follow up on if we wanted them or not. We decided not to go with this company because the price was just too high.

We have not had any problems with the furnace since they rewired it. The repairman was very professional and courteous. We were given an estimate on the cost and they charged what they estimated.

Everything turned out just perfect with my systems. They did a thorough check and let us know of their findings. They were very professional while in my home and I would highly recommend their services.

The people from AAA are honest and trustworthy. They did only the work that needed to be done and everything works just fine now. I do not have the invoice for the work, but they were fairly priced and trustworthy.

I realized my furnace was old and outdated. I decided to not have AAA furnace because I want to just wait until next winter and possibly purchase a brand new heating and air conditioning system. The representative that came out to my house was very nice and professional. He was the one that pointed out to me that my furnace was old and outdated.
