John added two new outlets and grounded an upstairs outlet. He was prompt, punctual, and actually arranged and rearranged all of my shelves and condiments before and after his work. He even added an outlet in a place I had previously thought was impossible unless we tore out the wall. Turns out, that wasn't necessary. Great service all around.

Overall, everything went smoothly. They are very flexible, personable and good communication and contact. They are very responsive. They came back and talked with us on a few occasions to make sure that they did exactly what we wanted them to do. The price was good considering all the other estimates we had. I would use them again in the future; in fact, they are coming to do some more work tomorrow.

He is very nice. He had to drive halfway across the city to find a circuit breaker for me. He is very responsive. I called him and he came a day or two later. He showed up on time. He did exactly what he said he would and didn't charge a lot for it. He had said that he would come back the next day to finish the work and he did. The nicest way to put it would be that he never flakes.

He was very prompt and professional. He was very thorough. I would definitely use him again. I was going to have the internet company do it. They said I would be better off to have someone come in and do it, and that I would probably get a better job and price. He sure was right. After he completed the job, I called him the next day to find out how to hook up my internet. He helped me over the phone. He was a very nice young man.

John was punctual, neat and extemely thorough. I am very pleased with his work He did a much better job than any cable company has ever done for me and it was less expensive. I will definitely call him again for any electrical work that I need to have done.

No work done, but the owner was very willing to give me advice on my project via e-mail.

I left a message at their phone number around 1:30 p.m.one afternoon and received a return phone call at 8:05 a.m. the next morning. We set an appointment time for the work two days later within a two hour time frame. Joe said they would call one half hour before arriving. I received a phone call from John (who did the work) explaining he was involved in a job that would take him past 4:00 p.m., and checking to see that it would be okay for him to arrive later. When he arrived at approximately 5:00 p.m. he was apologetic about the delay and appreciative of my flexibility. He proceeded to efficiently replace the fixtures and light switches, while clearly and calmly answering some questions I had about other electrical concerns. John was polite, helpful, communicative, efficient and tidy. It was a pleasure to meet him and to get my new lights installed with confidence. I would definitely use this company again.

They did a great job. They showed up on time and did the work I asked them to do. The guy couldn?t find the problem with the doorbell the first time he was here but it turned out it was two different problems. I can't say that any other professional wouldn't have found the problem the first time. They still did a good job and they fixed it when I called them back. I would have them back and I wouldn't call anybody else.

He came when they said he were going to come. He did everything very effectively. Jon Cannon really knew what he was doing. We talked a little about smoke detectors and he gave me some good advice on that. He did a good job! Everything was positive here. The only hitch was that he miscounted the number of under cabinet lights and had to go out to get more. He did not charge for the travel to get these extra parts.

Joe and John were great. Their estimate came in below the others i contacted, and they gave good recommendations for the best long term solution instead of just the quickest. They were always responsive to phone calls and even called me when they noticed my permit was coming up on expiration and needed to be extended. All the work was done very professionally and passed inspection easily. My only negative was the it ended up costing me about 300$ more than originally estimated due to unforeseen conditions (They assumed the wires running up to the second floor were big enough to support the sub-panel, and the main panel needed to be rebalanced per the inspector). I don't blame them for the additional costs, but it would have been nice if they had done more work during the estimate to find these things out instead of adding it in later. I definitely plan on using these guys again for my future projects and would recommend them to others.

In our office, we needed to add an additional eight outlets, to accommodate personal computers, phone chargers, printers, etc. They extended our panel downstairs, did light masonry work to install the outlets, and delivered right on time!
