I went on Amazon and found the part he suggested.  We put in the new part overselves that we paid $75 for on Amazon.  It didn't fix the problem.  Then my husband opened the transformer and found a loose wire and fixed the chair in about 5 minutes.  We now need to send the part back to Amazon since it wasn't the issue at all.  Wasted $150:  $75 to the Furniture Doctor and $75 for an unnecessary part from Amazon.  All he needed to do was to open the transformer and check the wiring which he did not do.

They were excellent. They were reasonably priced. I give them all A's across the board.

We found them through Angie's List. They are very efficient. They are here in our area. The guy who comes out tells you when he is going to be done and does the job. He is very good. He did a beautiful job on the chair and he was quite reasonable as well. We spent about $200 since there were two chairs involved. He has the ability. When you call him, he discusses with you as to what you need. Then he will tell you how much it's going to cost. He comes to your home and picks it up and that's what I really like about him. He then tells you how long it's going to take him to get it done. He will also make his recommendations. If I want to do certain things, he will tell me that it wouldn't work and would cost me too much money. He will tell me that he would do something else that wouldn't cost as much money and it would look really good too. He gave me an option for what to do and not for him to make money. He gave me a more reasonable one and it will have the same effect. It was for my mom's chair that he did that. It was a beautiful chair and matched all the other chairs. We used his services four years ago and he was the first person we thought of to do the work again. So, I called him back about two years later.
