We are a consulting firm that offers related civil engineering, geotechnical engineering, construction materials engineering, special inspection, lab testing and related services in those fields. We are a relatively small firm with less than 10 employees. We use subcontractors occasionally to excavate test pits, drill holes, cut and core concrete, some lab testing, and related services. Our principal engineer is a licensed Civil Engineer (RCE 56018) and Geotechnical Engineer (GE 2568). He is also certified to perform structural inspections of reinforced concrete, post-tensioned concrete, reinforced masonry, structural steel welding and bolting, and spray applied fire proofing. He is certified by both the International Code Council and the City of San Diego. Depending on the project, we may be able to offer an initial consultation with little or no fee. This is negotiable depending on the project scope, location, etc. We work throughout San Diego County, and also work in surrounding counties including Orange, Los Angeles, Riverside, San Bernardino, and Imperial Counties. We are willing to offer not less than 10% discount to first time callers that are Angie's List members. Being a somewhat smaller firm, you have the opportunity to work with the owner and 20+ year veteran on all of your projects with us. I believe that we offer a great blend of timeliness, responsiveness, quality service, and value pricing. On a side note, the owners are parents to three wonderful boys.
