 + -1 moreI got multiple bids from different companies and met with each one personally. When I met Herb he told me he may not be the lowest bid but he wouldn't be the highest, he was right. I rated him a B under price because he wast the cheapest, but I know I got my money's worth without question. And who said the lowest price is always the best? I selected him because he was full of knowledge, flexible to either give me an answer or work with what I wanted to do. While working with him it was clear there were no hidden agenda's and he wasn't looking to rip me off or treat me like i was a girl. Looking back I can see what would have happened if I hired either one of the other guys. I know I would have been faced with add on's, he said/she said, and nickel and diming. I could go on and on about his quality, integrity, personable nature, experience, skill and knowledge. The guy is a class act and I would be happy to serve as a reference for him anytime. Next project for Herb.... my bathrooms.
Description of Work: Herb and crew completely remodeled/rebuilt my house. They raised the ceilings, took down interior walls, along with new tresses to support the roof. He moved my front door from one side of the house to an all new entry way on the front of the house. They rebuilt the kitchen, put in all new windows and doors, built a hew modern gas fireplace etc. This list makes it sound small but lets just say he did it all and you wouldn't believe the transformation of my house.
