Description of Work: It feels like the coupon is being used by the provider to do a bait and switch kind of service. He recommended to install a kit to our drain less water heater. This was optional when we got this installed. There were instructions on the manual on how to do it. There is a trust issue with this provider.

Your system was not equipped with an isolation kit. (the isolation kit allows us to shut off the hot and cold water lines and tap into your tankless water heaters heat exchanger.) If you have flexible supply lines, those can be removed and we can flush the heat exchanger that way. If the supply lines are removed we must replace the lines. Quick Water Heater always makes sure the job is done right. Doing it the right way is not always the cheapest way. Many other customers were in a similar situation you are in. We understand that this deal was not intended for everyone.

Description of Work: This is what Brandon told me over the phone this morning ...in order for a Tankless Eater Heater to be flushed there must be a "KIT" installed that allows this type of service to be completed. The tankless systems they sell to their customers are all strongly encouraged to spend the extra $350.00 to have their system adapted. But i am not in a position at the moment to pay $350.00.

Description of Work: Service provider came on time, checked my wall-mounted tankless water heater and said it does not have necessary valves and pipes to be flushed. Original installer had not installed them and considerable expense would be incurred to add them at this point. I cancelled the job and signed a paper stating that no work was performed. Service provider, Brandon Baril of Quick Water Heater Co., was very courteous and professional and I found him very honest and forthright to deal with.
